Thng t s 08/2006/TT-BTNMT ngy 8/9/2006 ca B Ti nguyn v Mi trng v hng dn v nh gi mi trng chin lc, nh gi tc ng mi trng v cam kt bo v mi trng. Thng t s 02/2005/TT-BTNMT ngy 24/6/2005 ca B Ti nguyn v Mi hng dn thc hin ngh nh s 149/2004/N-CP ngy 27/7/2004 ca Chnh ph v vic cp php thm d, khai thc, s dng ti nguyn nc, x thi vo ngun nc. Thng t 12/23/2006/Q-BTNMT ghi y thnh thng t s 12/2006/TT-BTNMT ngy 26/12/2006 ca B Ti nguyn v Mi trng hng dn iu kin hnh ngh v th tc lp h s ng k, cp giy phphnhngh, msqunlcht thi nguyhi, vQuyt nhs 23/2006/Q-BTNMTngy26/12/2006vvicbanhnhccdanhmc cht thi nguy hi. Thng t s 2262/TT-MTg ngy 26/02/1995 ca B Khoa hc, Cng ngh v Mi trng v vic hng dn khc phc s c trn du. Cc tiu chun Nh Nc Vit Nam v Mi trng 1955 2002 dng cho nh gi tc ng mi trng i vi cc d n xy dng cng trnh giao thng .
