in accordance with the Competition Rules of the German Taekwondo Union & WT

R U L E S &

R E G U L A T I O N S

Competition Rules (WOT) of the German Taekwondo Union (DTU) shall be applied.

Deviations from these competitions rules and special regulations in regard to the

competitions rules of the World Taekwondo (WT) require approval from the protest

committee at the competition day.

All participants must be affiliated members of the DTU, WTE or WT.

E Q U I P M E N T & S C O R I N G S Y S T E M

Daedo PSS including E-Head Gears will be provided by promoter on the tournament day for all categories. All other required protective equipment (groin, forearm, shin,

mouthpiece, gloves and sensor socks) according to WT / DTU regulations must be brought by the participants.

The required sensor socks can also be bought in the venue / Sport halls. (BG Sports & Events)

A W A R D I N G / R E S U L T S The Club and Team Awarding will be determined in conclusion of individual results

according to DTU / World Taekwondo.

Should two or more Teams have the same amount of points, the result will be

determined according to the numbers of Gold, Silver and Bronze medals at first.

Afterwards according to the numbers of participants and thereafter according to more

points in higher weight divisions.

The Protest Committee, at least three (3) members, will be appointed by the

competition manager (referee director) and chairmen of the committee prior to the

start of the competition and should ideally consists of:

R E F E R E E S A quota of at least 50% of all referees should be International or National referees. A

quota of 50% or less of all referees can be regional referees

W E I G H T D I V I S I O N S

The changing of weight divisions after the registration period is possible on site at weigh

in. Service charge: 20 €

I D E N T I F I C A T I O N According to the rules & regulations of the German Taekwondo Union all competitors

need to have a valid passport.

Only members of national federation's affiliation with the WTE are allowed to

compete. For countries without any federation being member of the WTE,

affiliation with WT is necessary. Upon onsite registration, the contestants must prove

their memberships by means of a valid license.

C O A C H E S 1 coach for every 3 competitors has free admission. A maximum of 4 coaches per team

is allowed. The minimum age for a coach must be 18 years old and the coach is only

allowed in sportswear & sports shoes with non-marking outsoles

P R O T E S T Only the official coach is allowed to protest immediately after the end of the contest. A

protest fee need to be paid for each protest. The decision of protest committee

(chairman) is final. The protest fee will be returned if the protest was found valid.

All competitors who are minor (under legal age of 18 years) at the day of the

tournament need a declaration of consent by a legal guardian which must be brought to

the tournament and presented on request.

Every person participates at their own risk. With the registration, each contestant or

their legal guardian agrees explicitly to the exclusion of liability. Promoter and Organizer

do not assume liability for any damage to persons or property!

All participants accept the NADA Code at it latest version (2021), and with their

participation they agree to the application of the Antidoping regulations.
