GUARANTEES

The catering department must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function by 12:00pm (noon) at

least 72 business hours prior to the start of the event. This will be considered a guarantee, for which you will be

charged, even if fewer guests attend the function. The hotel will prepare and set for (5%) five percent above the

guaranteed number, if requested.

SERVICE CHARGE

A (22%) twenty-two percent service charge and applicable state tax will be added to all food and beverage charges.

Please note that service charge is taxable by California state law.

BUFFETS

Each menu has a minimum number of persons required. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee

equaling 20% of your estimated food and beverage total for menus that fall below the minimum guarantee. Buffets

will be set out for a maximum of 90 minutes.

FOOD & BEVERAGE PROVISIONS

The hotel must provide all food and beverage items. The California State Liquor Commission regulates the sale and

service of alcoholic beverages and the hotel is responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is the

hotel’s policy that all alcoholic beverages must be provided by the hotel. All events serving alcohol require a

bartender at $150.00 each (one bartender required per 100 guests).

MENU PRICING

Menu prices and fees set forth in the banquet/catering menu packet are subject to change. Pricing is guaranteed

(90) ninety days in advance of your event.

BAR MINIMUM

The Hotel will provide one (1) bar for every 100 guests for your event. Minimum required bar revenue guarantee is

$500.00 per bar, Subject to a Labor Charge of $95.00, and Set-Up Fee of $150.00 plus service charge.

The hotel is glad to custom design your menu and special order any food or beverage items that are not currently

available on our printed menus.
