• Work at ASTRON

– FLOWPAD3 (Foilbased LOW cost PAcman Differential Dual polarized Demonstrator) is an active phased array tile of differentially fed tapered slot antenna elements which demonstrates the integration of the results of separated work packages of PACMAN (Phased Array Communication Antennas for Mass-Market Application Needs) and SKADS DS4T4.

– The demonstrator will not cover the full requirement specification of SKA antenna, but it will indicate what is achievable in future.

– Low Cost is the main target.

– Working band: 0.3-1 GHz.
