EnduraCoat Aqueous CoatingsThese water-based liquid coatings are low in VOC’s and specially formulated for applications such as fl eet graphics, signs and banners and digitally printed wall coverings. While most of these coatings are meant to be used with the Drytac® line of coating equipment, many can also be applied by hand with a wool applicator, paint pad, airless sprayer or brush. ML13 & ML25This table-top manual laminator is an inexpensive option for small photo studios or copy shops that want a quick solution to mount or laminate small pieces. Simple, durable construction makes this model easy to use. It also folds up for easy storage and transport. New features include a 1” (2.5 cm) nip opening and a paper guide that now allows these models to operate hands-free!

JetMounter™ JM18, JM26 & JM34These smaller JetMounter™ models are motorized table top laminators operated by a foot switch, leaving both hands free to handle the work being processed. Heat Activated Mounting Adhesives for Roller LaminatorsMHA is a permanent, solvent acrylic adhesive designed for use on roller laminators with a heated roller like the JetMounter™ JM63Pro. The initial tack is very low, allowing most prints to be repositioned on MHA coated boards before heat activation. This feature makes it a popular choice for mounting delicate prints like architectural renderings, blueprints and courtroom displays. Once heat-activated, MHA’s bond is also strong enough to mount graphics to rigid substrates like PVC.

Interlam™ Bio Overlaminating FilmsThe innovative fi lm for both of these products is derived from wood pulp, a sustainable and biodegradable resource. Interlam™ BioMatte and BioGloss break down easily in the recycling process allowing for more eco-friendly disposal and recycling options for laminated graphics. These fi lms also utilize a water-based acrylic adhesive and a thin polyester release liner to reduce laminating waste and harmful effects to the environment.

Weathershield® Overlaminating FilmsWeathershield polymeric high performance PVC overlaminates use more complex plasticizers resulting in PVC fi lms that have signifi cantly improved durability; weatherability; and minimal shrinkage and odor (due to plasticizer migration resistance) when compared to less expensive monomeric PVC vinyls. The adhesive is a cross linking solvent acrylic adhesive fortifi ed with UV stabilizers and absorbers. These fi lms are recommended for use in outdoor signage or high end indoor graphic applications where only the best protection will satisfy.

DES-1Plaque fi nishing and block mounting made easy.Used by plaque and block mounters worldwide, this high quality edge fi nishing machine is designed to fi nish the edges of medium density fi ber board (MDF) or tempered Masonite (hardboard) after the images have been mounted and laminated onto the board. The edger features several stations on a conveyor that bevel (45 degree bevel), sand and apply an edge foil all in one single pass. DES-3This more economical edge fi nishing system for plaques and block mounts is geared to customers that produce a small to medium volume of plaques and do not need to produce large, oversized plaques. Unlike the DES-1, there is no conveyor belt and the DES-3 system consists of two separate machines. One to apply 45 degree bevel to the MDF or tempered Masonite plaque and one to apply the edge foil.

Flush edging system for all types of display boardsSpecifically designed to work with a wide variety of medium to lightweight and heat-sensitive (foam) display boards, the DES-4 edging system enhances your substrates with an inexpensive yet durable decorative edging while at the same time adding protection against edge damage and warping.

Innovative design features, including Programmable Logic Control (PLC) technology allows the DES-4 to apply PVC edging on boards ranging from 3/8” (10 mm) to 1 ¾” (45 mm) to both foam and solid-centered display boards such as Gatorfoam®, Sintra®/Forex, Kappaboard, Re-board®, Xanita, Ecoboard® and even 3/8” (10 mm) foam core.

II. NET B : Orders valued at $1,000.00 or more based on ‘LIST’ prices qualify for ‘NET B’ pricing. This discount is equivalent to 50% on most products.

SHippinGAll prices quoted are FOB from the applicable Drytac location (Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and Richmond, VA). Unless instructed otherwise, orders will be shipped via the most economical method (usually UPS). We will attempt to ship all in-house merchandise within 24 hours.

Free FreightMost orders over $1,500.00 ‘NET’ qualify for free ground freight in the contiguous US. To qualify for free freight, order must be paid according to the terms of your account. Postmark dates are acceptable. All freight will be charged on each applicable invoice and if timely payment is made, the freight should be deducted from the amount paid. NOTE: Equipment and other items over 60 lbs in weight do not qualify for free freight.

LOSS/damaGe/SHOrtaGeSDrytac is not responsible for loss, damage or any delay in transit. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to immediately inspect all deliveries for loss or damage. In the event that there is evidence of loss or damage, a notation to this effect must be noted on the carrier’s waybill. The carrier should be notifi ed by telephone and in writing. All claims should be made directly with the carrier, but we will be happy to assist. Drytac must be advised within 24 hours of receipt of shipment of any claims for shortages or damage.

returnSDrytac will not accept any returns for any reason without prior authorization. Such authorization is by way of a Return Authorization (RA) number and such number must be clearly marked on both the product(s) being returned and the exterior of all packaging. Return authorization does not constitute that a credit will automatically be issued and returns for reasons other than defects are subject to a 20% re-stocking charge. All returns to Drytac are to be shipped freight prepaid. No returns will be accepted after 60 days from date of invoice.

• Credit Card (American Express, MasterCard or Visa). Payments made by credit card must be made at the time order is placed. If payment is made by credit card not at the time of order, it will incur a 3 percent processing fee.
