Date : 30/11/2007 PROCEDURE FOR CALIBRATION OF DRUM LEVEL TRAMITTERS 1. The transmitters should be calibrated for total range. Do not restrict the range to the range of transmitters given in the Instrument Schedule. 2. As per tapping points available at New Parli Site, a total distance between two tapping points is 512 + 687 = 1199 (Calculated for P6 tapping points). 3. Calibrate transmitter as follows: 1199 mmWC = 4 mA 0 mmWC = 20 mA 4. In the corresponding ATAG, the LimRanage Hi should be -437 and Limrange Lo should be 762. 5.
