F50/F52/F60 masters every kind of filling such as straight-filling, portioning and linking.The large dimensions of thechambers care for your product andensure good production results.

F50/F52/F60 works with a well conci-pated rotor system made of stainlesssteel. The rotor is extremely resistantdue to a plasma coating. No wearingout problems due to a well-thoughtconstruction and a most favourablematerial combination.

The vacuum pump is sucking off restingair bubbles (gaps) from the product.You get a perfect sausage aspect - thesubsequent natural reddening is improved.

LLiinnkkiinngg ggeeaarrF-LINE F50/F52/F60 is equipped with alinking gear without limits for your production. It has especially been developed for the industry and has just proved itself. For filling big diameters,you can easily take off the linking gearby means of a quick-closing. Thereby,the way of the sausage meat isshortened and the greasing is

CCaassiinngg hhoollddeerr ddeevviicceeA casing holder device DHGN for natu-ral casings, which is easy in handling isavailable as an accessory for FREYvacuum stuffers. The casing holderdevice makes the filling process fasterand easier. The casing holder DHGNwas especially designed for naturalcasings. With the help of our casingholder devices you always get tight andsolid sausages at maximum fillingspeed. Extra skilled staff is not needed,also unskilled persons can work at thefilling station. The casing holder device can easily be mounted and withthe linking gearbox the device can beswivelled to side. The casing tension isinfinitely adjustable.

DDHHGGAACompared with the DHGN2 the DHGA isadditionally equipped with a ceramicbearing with support for the casing holder tube (DHR) and the roller kit(ROKI). The casing holder device canalso be used for collagene and cellulose casings. The DHGA ensures a continuous advance of the casingduring the linking process.

The DHGN2 and DHGA are maintenance-free because no drive is necessary.

CCaassiinngg ssppoooolleerrFurthermore, we offer pneumaticcasing spoolers (DA2012). They save time to increase the productivity of the filling station.In order to come up to your productdiversity, you can receive special filling tubes or other attachments andrespectively additional equipment fromus, individually made for you.
