Overview

This highly engaging workshop will raise awareness and refresh the driver's knowledge of the consequences and benefits of safe, fuel-efficient driving.

Designed to promote safer driving by reducing the likelihood of an on-road incident, your company will benefit from reduced fuel usage and emissions, lower running costs, increased productivity and a lower number of stressed drivers.

At the end of the workshop, drivers will be able to:

Reduce risky behaviours which prevent a driver from remaining focussed on the road

Explain the risks associated with distracted driving and the effects of fatigue and drink/drugs on driving

Develop eco-safe driving skills and alongside of good observations, anticipation and forward planning

Identify varying speed limits on our roads, application of appropriate speed and explain smart motorway rules

This CPC course is JAUPT-approved for all professional drivers undertaking 35 hours of periodic training.

Anybody who is required to complete their Driver CPC hours.
