SPECIAL TUNING RACING

The World Touring Car Championship is one of only three FIA world championships, F1 and WRC being the other two. It was formed in 2005 and brings the excitement of touring car racing all around the globe. It is seen as the pinnacle of Touring Car racing and attracts millions of fans right around the world.

The 2013 FIA WTCC will be visiting twelve different countries over four continents, from Europe to Africa before moving to Americas, including the visit to the USA in September at California’s Infineon Raceway, and finally ending with events in Asia.

WTCC is all about LIVE TV coverage, with a worldwide TV distribution that reached more than 160 countries across 86 TV networks and approximately 460 million viewers around the world in 2011. In 2013, the championship again offers a wide digital media offering, through dedicated web sites and Iphone / Ipad applications.
