    quality water in order to ameliorate the taste of potable water.

    • It consists in one carbon filter that is able to reduce chlorine, bad taste and smell.

    • The Precoat microfiltration system removes impurities and particles big as or superior of 0,5 micron (Micro- filtration).

    • Reduces contaminant agents that might be present like asbestos and some microorganisms like Crypto- sporidium and Giarda.

    • It doesn’t remove scale or fluorides. • It is easy, fast and safety to substitute

    the cartridge according the hygienic and health provisions. The internal part of the cartridge can’t be con- taminated from the exterior.

    • It reduces the CO2 emissions (lower use of plastic bottles).

    • It controls through an electronic sys- tem the life of the filter.

    • It signals 30 days before the expiry date of the filter.

    • Maximum working capacity: 1.9 Lpm • Maximum working pressure: 1.5 –

    4.0 bar • Miximum ambient temperature: 2-

    38 °C • NSF certification according NSF/

    ANSI standard 42 & 53.

    2. PACKAGING CONTENT Packaging contains the following:

    • The AiDRINK dispenser • External AC Adapter 110-240V/12V • This manual • About 2mt of 6mm pipe • One 6x3/8 fitting

    3. INSTALLATION The installation o fan AiDRINK has sto be done by a qualified technician.

    WARNING: Asset declines any responsibil- ity in case of an installation made by non qualified personnel.

    The installation and maintenance opera- tions has to be done preferable with health safety of hands and tools.

    The placed used for this action has to re- spect the following conditions:

    • Room temperature: +2 ÷ 38 ° C (35,6 ÷ 100,4 ° F)

    • Maximum humidity: 80%

    The dispenser must not be used in open spaces and/or exposed to atmospheric agents, under the sun or in room with steam, smoke or corrosive and/or abrasive dust, with fire or explosion risk, and any- way where it is prescribed to use products that may cause explosion.

    FILTER LIFE The Everpure filter has a filtration capacity of 2800 liters and it can’t be used over this limit. The filter replacement has to be done only by a qualified technician that needs to hold a chip card necessary to unlock the dispenser. The flow rate do not have to be more than 1.9 lpm.

    Activate the cartridge at the first installa- tion and at every following replacement. WARNING: if the dispenser isn’t used for a period of more than 7 days (summer clou- sure or holidays) it is necessary to replace the filter and to make a sanification using the proper KIT P-SANIKIT (not included- with AiDRINK)

    1. CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS For a proper functioning of AiDRINK please follow carefully the instructions.

    On the back of the dispenser are shown:

    1. Chip card slot 2. Water inlet 3. Power supply inlet

    During installation the new pipes and fit- tings given for the connection to the wa- ter main have to replace the old ones and those old can’t be reused.

    An interception valve is required on the point of use (not included with AiDRINK).

    For a safe and correct functioning of the water dispenser, the main inlet water has to respect the following conditions:

    • No over pressure • Maximum pressure like 150-400 kPa

    (1.5 – 4 bar)

    In case the pressure of the main water will be over 400 kPa (4 bar), it will be necessary to install a pressure reducer before the in- terception valve with a setting pressure of 300 kPa (3 bar).

    To connect the dispenser to the water main it must be used, in an exclusively way, pipes and fitting given with the dis- penser and certified for food use.

    Any optional accessory, like filter or prefil- ter, to install before the interception valve on the inlet main water, have to be certi- fied for food use.

    For a proper installation to the water main please follow these procedures: 1. Screw on the interception valve (not

    included) the 6x3/8” male fitting to connect the pipe for water inlet sup- plied with the dispenser;

    2. Insert the 6mm pipe given with the 6x3/8” fitting;

    3. Place a proper tank/vessel at the end of the pipe and open the interception valve in order to spurge and clean the pipe and the possible external pre-fil- ter (if present) letting get out at least 2 liters of water;

    4. After this you can close again the in- terception valve;

    5. Now you can connect the pipe at the inlet on the back of the AiDRINK;

    6. Open the interception valve in order to check that there aren’t any leakage from the fittings previously installed;

    7. Remove the drip tray and the front cover; remove also the little oval plate located at the base of the filter, right under the drip tray.

    8. Insert in the rear hole (located side by side the water pipe connection) the external 12V Power Supply cable and insert the plug into the socket located under the electronic main board.

    9. Connect the External Power Supply. 10. Refit the oval plate, the front cover

    and the drip tray. 11. Wait that the AiDRINK terminates the

    initial phase of electronic autodiag- nostic (during this phase the lights on the keyboard are lighting alternatively of blue and red for about 5 seconds). During this initial phase it is possible to adjust the value of Energy Saving of AiDRINK (see p. 6 – chapter 4 ENERGY SAVING).

    12. Now the AiDRINK is ready to be used.
