Drilling fluid cleaner has a cyclone and a breakdown of vibrating screen,itsupside is for cyclone, its lower is for the vibrating screen.The Cyclone group by100 mm (desilter) of the hydrocyclone.It mainly used to handle heavier drillingfluid, recycling barite; it can also be used in the compound drilling fluid, recyclingvaluable liquid phase.

1、The operating principle for Drilling Liquid Cleaner

There are two steps for process drilling fluid of cleaner:

The first step: The Cyclone separates the drilling fluid into the bottom of theoverflow of the low density and high density flow, overflow return cycle of drillingfluid system, base on the breakdown on the vibrating screen

The second step: The Vibrating screen the bottom flow of high density can bedivided into two parts: the part on adsorption of fine particle and particle freeliquid, they through the sieve into the circulation of the drilling fluid system, theother part in the row of particles on the surface of the screen.

The vibrating screen mesh can be square, also can be round, its size can choosebetween 120-325 mesh. As a cleaner in the process of continuous use, 150project, vibrating screen is usually able to maintain the cleanness of drilling fluid

5) Beam with fine spray water washing sieve, generally do not recommend usingthis method. Because the water will dilute fluid and cause the change of thedrilling fluid performance
