Introducing our Dream Venues…For most people the first things to organise are the tipi and the site. It

doesn't matter if you are just at the start of your planning, a chat with

us will help you get some ideas together.

We understand that not everyone has access to a site where they can put the

tipis. Over the years we have worked with over 80 venues across the Midlands

but there are 5 that we have chosen to be our Dream Venues.

They have been chosen firstly because they are gorgeous, but also each one

has it’s own special features that may appeal to you. There is a write up and

photos of each venue within this brochure so please have a read through and

then contact as many of them as you would like to arrange a viewing. The

contact details are included within each description. (If you do make contact

with a venue please feel free to let us know so we are aware and can ensure

that your enquiry is followed up quickly and efficiently.)

Over the years we have worked at lots of gorgeous venues across the

UK, but we have chosen five in the Midlands with which we have

partnered up and are happy to call them our ‘DREAM VENUES’.

Middleton Hall & GardensMiddleton Hall is a Grade II listed Manor House dating back to the

13th century & run by an independent charitable trust in the heart of the

countryside. This stunning building is steeped in history & lies in 42 acres of

peaceful gardens which provides an idyllic setting for your wedding.

Middleton Hall is also licensed to hold Civil Ceremonies although this is

optional.

The West Lawn at the side of the hall is

the perfect area to set up the tipis.

Power is included in the price as are

the use of the toilets and kitchen

inside. There is also an option to add

on a civil ceremony, the Great Hall and

the bridal boudoir if you choose.

Middleton is set in Tamworth not far

from several hotels for your guests.

Middleton Hall works alongside Francis & James Wedding Planners who as your

dedicated coordinators will provide a personalised service who will be on hand

every step of the way to ensure that your wedding is beautiful & unique so that

you enjoy every moment leading up to your big day.

Kingstanding Farm

Kingstanding Farm is ideal for a DIY wedding, you have the flexibility to source your owncaterers, luxury toilets etc or Elite Tents and the Kingstanding team can offer plenty ofoptions to help you along. Water, outdoor fire pits and straw bales for seating can beincluded at no extra charge and we have a converted horse-lorry bar if required as well.Guests are welcome to pitch tents in the field or hire in bell tents, but there are also plentyof hotels and B&Bs nearby. The farm is very easily accessible from nearby towns ofWarwick, Kenilworth and Stratford-upon-Avon.

Kingstanding Farm offers a stunning rural location for an idyllic outdoorwedding, a landmark birthday or corporate event. Tipis can be pitched upbeside a picturesque pond with wonderful views over the water of ourworking family farm as the sun sets on the Warwickshire countryside.

Woodhouse Farm is situated in Bewdley and has stunning views of the Wyre

Forest from the huge fields on the farm. There is a lovely driveway entering

the farm and a lovely field where you can set up your tipis.

The site also includes ample car parking, space for camping, water on site. You will

need both a generator and luxury portable toilets but Elite Tents can help you

organise these. You may also opt for ‘on the day coordination’ should you require

it. In addition this venue has the option to hire one or both of two fantastic fully

furnished glamping tents which each sleep 6-8 people with hot tub, pizza oven and

log fired burner. Perfect for the night before or after your event.

Oldberrow HouseOldberrow House is an impressive Victorian Country House which stands

within 37 acres of mature grounds just outside the picturesque village of

Henley-in-Arden in Warwickshire. Its croquet lawn is the perfect location for

Elite's tipis to be setup against the backdrop of the beautiful house which is

uplit at night. Oldberrow House provides complete flexibility for couples to

create their own unique and exclusive dream wedding celebration. There are

beautiful areas within the grounds for outdoor ceremonies if you choose to

have one or Oldberrow Church is at the bottom of a sweeping driveway.

The price includes exclusive use of Oldberrow House for the whole weekend; Grand reception

rooms and terraces for serving canapes and welcome drinks; A dedicated bar area within the tipi,

operated by Oldberrow staff; Luxury toilet unit; Access to a car parking field for over 70 cars;

Unlimited use of water and electricity; Use of four king sized luxury ensuite rooms for the night of

the wedding with a full breakfast served the following morning. Additional guest accommodation

can be arranged as there is a large camping field that is ideal for glamping.

Umberslade Farm ParkSet just outside Tanworth in Arden, Umberslade Farm Park is a fantastic

venue for those who want a blank canvas to create their wedding. Home to

the Lunar Festival this vast site has the space to cater for whatever size set up

of tipis you need, with plenty of space for food vans or catering, car parking,

and camping too. The gorgeous tree lined entry to the site is also very

popular with our couples.

With this site you pay the hire of the field which you can use to house everything

you need for your special day. Elite Tents have suppliers they can organise for your

power and toilets (or if you want to do this yourself of course that is fine.) There is

the option to camp at no extra cost, but if your prefer then hotels are not far away.

And with a beautiful village church a short distance away, in the village of

Tanworth in Arden.

What do the Dream Venues Include?Each of our Dream Venues has different options and facilities available for

your special day. The table below details the basic pricing and features of

each site, although many of them do offer additional options which they will

love to tell you about. For those that don’t have power or toilets we have

excellent suppliers and can provide you with a quote and are happy to

coordinate these for you if you would like us to.
