We’ve installed and operate a safety shopwithin a major operator’s UK oil terminal.This enables us to track and monitor themaintenance of all their safety equipmentand has delivered clear cost savings acrossthe board. According to our client’s ownfigures, they are now spending £350,000 per year on safety equipment at that site, down from £500,000 – saving £150,000 each year.

Dräger manages the complete Firefighting, Rescue and Safety equipment portfolio on board of all the survey vessels for a major global port authority. Our asset management system resulted in reducing the total amount of invoices from 200 to 8 per annum.

Our course leaders have worked with some of the world’s leading energy companies and bring their valuable insights and practical know-how to our workshops.

We can provide either standard or bespokecourses based upon your needs, on subjects

ranging from how to use your safety equipment, to specialised leg entry or operator special induction courses.

Since 2013, our training centre in Aberdeenhas delivered bespoke induction courses onbehalf of a major operator for almost 2,000people going offshore for the shutdown andturnaround season.

And in 2014 alone, our instructors in Stavanger trained over 450 delegates across 60 training courses.

Our GasSecure SIL2-approved wireless gasdetection system was installed on a matureplatform of a large Norwegian operator. Thereduced installation scope (no need of rewiring, minimised use of scaffolding, reduced overall power demand on platform) resulted in a 90% reduction in installation time and at least a 60% reduction in total system costs.

We have just been awarded a global framework agreement with a super-major operator for the provision of portable gas detection equipment. We were successful because we demonstrated that our equipment was reliable and cost efficient (providing savings on calibration and bump test gas, with sensors having an expected lifetime of over 5 years).
