the year 1999-2000 with a first division and distinctions in subjects of Anatomy, Microbiology, Forensic Medicine and Obstetrics and Gynecology.

• Passed Master of Surgery (M.S) in the subject of Obstetrics and

Gynecology from J.N. Medical College, Belgaum under the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Bangalore, Karnataka in the year 2004.

• One and a half year research work during M.S Obstetrics and Gynaecology; on the topic “Validation of the under-buttock blood collection drape for the prevention of Post Partum Hemorrhage”

• 1 year of training in Advanced Gynecological Endoscopic Surgery under Dr. Liselotte Mettler at the Frauenklinik, Universitatsklinikum. Kiel, Germany.

• 6 months of training in Laparoscopic Gynecological Oncology, urinary diversion

operations and advanced laparoscopic surgery under Dr. Shailesh Puntambekar, Laparoscopic onco surgeon. Pune India. Specially trained in Urinary diversion operations and anterior exenterations for the management of advanced cervical cancers.

• Done over 1400 Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomies. Special work done in advanced cervical cancers involving bladder. Bladder excision following which urinary diversion is done.

Exenterations with uretero-sigmoid anastomosis.

injuries and management which were occurred during laparoscopic hysterectomies early cases.
