Dynamic Balancing of Impeller is being witnessed by DACPL Inspector as per ISO 1940 Gr. 6.3.

DACPL Inspector is witnessing performance test of Double Suction Centrifugal Pump.

DACPL Inspector is witnessing Seat Hydrostatic test of 1.200 Meter ∅ Heavy Duty Butterfly Valves. Total 30 nos valves have been inspected by DACPL for Metro Water District, USA.

DACPL inspected 30 nos Butterfly Valves have been successfully erected and commissioned at the site of a Reservoir in Southern California, USA.

Saudi Aramco has qualified DACPL for their Line Valves Inspection. DACPL has inspected more than 3000 Gate Valves at Audco India Ltd.



DACPL inspected valve is being packed in export worthy condition for Saudi Aramco project, Saudi Arabia.

San Diego County Water Authority, USA, awarded RWH/DACPL to perform stage line inspection of their Heavy Duty Valves at Fouress Engg. India Ltd. The four valves sizes ranging from 1.2 to 2.1 Meter ∅. The valves have been successfully erected and commissioned.

Prior to start of any fabrication work, DACPL will qualify Welding Procedure Specification and Welder Performance in order to ensure the welding durability.

DACPL’s Inspectors are qualified in all Non Destructive Examination, including Radiography, Ultrasonic, Magnetic Particle and Liquid Penetrant Test, as per ANST Level II.


DACPL has carried out in-process and final inspection on SAW Line pipes as per API 5L and Casing & Tubing as per API 5CT for Saudi Aramco, ONGC, Kuwait Oil Company, KNPC, Gas Authority of India, Indian Oil, Oil India, Lone Star Steel USA, Indraprastha Gas, Gujarat State Petroleum Corp, etc.

Since DACPL inspection scope covers equipment and materials exported from India, we do ensure the packing complies with export contract terms and are transportation worthy.

DACPL inspectors are fully conversant with Corrosion Testing. We have hands on experience in Hydrogen Induced Crack Resistant Test as per NACE TM 0284 – 2003.

All DACPL’s Inspectors are fully conversant with Mechanical and Chemical Analysis Tests. Selected Inspectors have undergone training in Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, for “Mechanical, Metallurgical and Corrosion Testing of Material”.

DACPL has inspected Oil Well Head Assemblies as per API specification at Delta Corp, Doha for Kuwait Oil Company.

DACPL is under taking loading supervision of OCTG, Cross Country Pipes & Steels after completion of OPI at mill on behalf of clients such as Stemcor, Lone Star, Saudi Aramco, Toyota Tsusho, Liberty Commodities, amongst others.


DACPL is attending inspection for Valves and automation valves at Virgo Ltd.Pune,AUDCO Chennai, Leader Valve Jalandhar,M/s.Shalimar Valve Mumbai& M/s.Dembla Mumbai for oil & gas sector as per API598,API6D,API594& API600 behalf of clients such as Tuboscope Vetco, KUWAIT OIL COMPONY, SAUDI ARAMCO, IEI Japan.



DACPL is under taking inspection for Heat Exchanger As per TEMA specification, API661 with ASME Sec. VIII Div.1, ASME Sec. IX. ASME SEC.V, ASME SEC.II, Part A & C, NACE MR 0175/ISO 15156 at GEI India, Bhopal on the behalf of clients such as TUBSCOPE VETCO, KUWAIT OIL COMPANY, SAUDI ARAMCO, IEI JAPAN.
