Why
Culture: What gives the Downtown Las Vegas Community and the Vegas Tech Community the best chance for progress of our passions, happiness of our team, and personal growth while part of the journey?I have given best efforts to share my journey to avoid big revelations. I think we all have a chance at being part of something much bigger.
The Foundation of our ValuesIn July of 2011 DTLV community member Michele Reed began following team Zappos and studying the impact the team made to defining culture and building a solid foundation for doing good business. Later in 2012 Delivering Happiness helped us better understand HOW to DEFINE culture.
In 2013, we used CULTURE IS TO A COMPANY as a COMMUNITY IS TO A CITY….the use of the seven deadly sins to define our culture and put together this document.
