sensitive parts of the body. Never use the massager while you are asleep. Never use the massager after taking medication or consuming alcohol (reduced

level of awareness).

RECOMMENDED TREATMENT DURATION • Generally, massage should last 10 to 20 minutes on any muscle of the body.

Treatment may be applied once or twice daily. • As people’s metabolisms vary, so do their responses to massage. You will soon

know how to adjust the time to suit your particular needs and personal comfort. If you have any doubt regarding treatment, we recommend you consult your physician.

OPERATION Make sure that the speed controller on the massager is in the OFF position.

1. Plug the massager into the mains socket. 2. Fit the desired message head on the massager. Attach the protective cover on the massage head.

• To remove the massage head, first remove the protective cover and then pull the massage head away from the massager.

• To select which massage head to use, follow the instructions in the “Head Types and Functions” table above.

3. Turn on the massager by turning the switch towards the ON position. 4. Hold the massager and move it over the skin (see “Massage Direction”).

• Without pressing too hard, simply glide the massage over the area to be treated.

5. When you have finished using the massager, turn the switch towards the OFF position to turn off the massager and then unplug the massager from the mains socket.

MASSAGE DIRECTION Always glide the massage over the skin. Abdomen Massage from centre outward in a gentle circular motion to relax abdominal muscles.

Back Massage from top of spine to bottom, around shoulder blades and from centre outward.

Neck Massage from shoulder up to behind the ear.

Legs Begin at calf, moving up in a circular motion; continue to thighs.

Buttocks Combine upwards and circular movements. You can end an upward massage on the legs with downwards and circular movements on the buttocks.

Never apply a massage on a bone (knee, ankle, and elbow). The protruding parts of the massage head could knock the bone, causing an injury.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Turn off and unplug the massager from the mains socket. Allow it to cool down before cleaning. Detach the protective cover and massage head from the massager. Clean the outside of the massager with a slightly damp cloth. Never immerse it in water. Clean the protective cover and massage heads in warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry them thoroughly. Do not use any abrasive or chemical cleaner.

Do not use the massager until it is completely dry. Storage If you do not use the massager for longer periods, it is recommended to store it in the original packaging in a clean and dry place.

DURÉE RECOMMANDÉE POUR LE TRAITEMENT • De manière générale, un massage doit durer de 10 à 20 minutes, quel que soit le

muscle du corps. Le traitement est à effectuer 1 ou 2 fois par jour. • De même que le métabolisme varie d'une personne à l'autre, les réactions au

massage sont également différentes. Vous apprendrez rapidement à ajuster la

UTILISATION Assurez-vous que le bouton de vitesse de l'appareil est sur OFF.

1. Branchez le masseur. 2. Montez la tête de massage souhaitée sur l'appareil. Montez le couvercle de

protection sur la tête de massage. • Pour démonter la tête de massage, enlevez d'abord le couvercle de

protection puis tirez sur la tête de massage.

• Pour savoir quelle tête utiliser, reportez-vous aux instructions dans le tableau ci-dessus "Types de têtes et fonctions".

3. Pour allumer le masseur, mettez le bouton marche/arrêt sur ON. 4. Prenez le masseur et passez-le sur la peau (voir "Direction de massage").

• Faites simplement glisser l'appareil sur la zone à traiter, en évitant d'appuyer trop fort.

5. Quand vous avez fini d'utiliser le masseur, éteignez-le en mettant le bouton marche/arrêt sur OFF puis débranchez-le.

DIRECTION DE MASSAGE L'appareil se passe en glissant sur la peau.

Abdomen Massez par mouvements circulaires délicats en allant du centre vers l'extérieur pour relaxer les abdominaux.

Retour Massez la colonne vertébrale de haut en bas, puis par mouvements circulaires autour des omoplates et du centre vers l'extérieur.

Nuque Massez en partant de l'épaule et en remontant jusqu'à l'oreille.

Jambes Partez du mollet et remontez en mouvements circulaires, puis passez à la cuisse.

Fesses Combinez les mouvements circulaires avec des mouvements de bas en haut. Vous pouvez par exemple passer l'appareil en montant, puis enchaîner avec un mouvement descendant ou circulaire.

Ne massez jamais sur les os (genoux, chevilles, coudes). Les parties saillantes de la tête de massage risqueraient de heurter et blesser l'os.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN Éteignez le masseur et débranchez-le. Laissez-le refroidir complètement avant de le nettoyer. Détachez le couvercle de protection et la tête de massage de l'appareil. Essuyez les surfaces extérieures du masseur avec un chiffon légèrement mouillé. Ne la mettez jamais dans l'eau. Nettoyez le couvercle de protection et les têtes de massage dans de l'eau chaude savonneuse. Rincez-les et séchez-les bien. N'utilisez pas de produits de nettoyage chimiques ou abrasifs.

Ne réutilisez pas l'appareil tant qu'il n'est pas complètement sec.

AANBEVOLEN DUUR VAN BEHANDELINGEN • Over het algemeen mag een massage op eender welke spier van het lichaam 10

tot 20 minuten duren. U kunt een behandeling een of tweemaal daags doen. • Zoals ieders metabolisme verschillend is, is ook hun reactie op massage anders. U

ondervindt snel wat voor uw behoefte en persoonlijk comfort de meest geschikte duur is. Neem contact op met uw arts als u twijfelt over een behandeling.

BEDIENING Controleer of de snelheidsknop op het massage-apparaat in de stand OFF (uit) is geschakeld.

1. Sluit het massage-apparaat aan op een stopcontact. 2. Zet de gewenste massagekop op het massage-apparaat. Bevestig de beschermkap

op de massagekop. • Om een massagekop te verwijderen: verwijder eerst de beschermkap en trek

dan de massagekop uit het massage-apparaat.

• Volg de bovenstaande tabel “Soorten koppen en functies” voor het selecteren van de geschikte massagekop.

3. Schakel het massage-apparaat in door de schakelaar naar de stand ON (aan) te schakelen.

4. Houd het massage-apparaat tegen de huid en beweeg het er overheen (zie “Massage richtlijnen”). • Laat eenvoudig de massagekoppen over het te behandelen lichaamsdeel

glijden zonder teveel druk uit te oefenen.

5. Schakel de schakelaar naar de stand OFF (uit) wanneer u klaar bent met het massage-apparaat en haal dan de stekker uit het stopcontact.

MASSAGE RICHTLIJNEN Laat het massage-apparaat altijd over de huid glijden. Buikstreek Masseer van het midden naar buiten toe met zachte, cirkelvormige bewegingen om de buikspieren te ontspannen.

Rug Masseer de ruggenwervel van boven naar beneden, rondom de schouderbladen en van het midden naar buiten toe.

Nek Masseer opwaarts vanaf de schouder tot achter het oor.

Benen Begin bij de kuiten en masseer opwaarts in cirkelvormige bewegingen tot de dijen.

Zitvlak Combineer opwaartse en cirkelvormige bewegingen. U kunt een opwaartse massage van de benen eindigen met neerwaartse en cirkelvormige bewegingen op het zitvlak.

Masseer nooit op beenderen (knieën, enkels of ellenboog). De uitstekende gedeelten van de massagekop kunnen tegen het been kloppen, wat verwonding kan veroorzaken.

REINIGEN EN ONDERHOUD Schakel het massage-apparaat uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact. Laat het apparaat afkoelen voordat u het begint te reinigen. Verwijder de beschermkap en massagekop van het massage-apparaat. Reinig de buitenkant van het massage-apparaat met een vochtige doek. Dompel het nooit onder in water. Reinig de beschermkap en massagekoppen in een warm sopje. Spoel en droog zorgvuldig. Gebruik geen schurende of chemische reinigingsmiddelen op dit apparaat.

Gebruik het massage-apparaat niet voordat het volledig droog is. Bewaring Als u het massage-apparaat lange tijd niet gaat gebruiken is het raadzaam het in de originele verpakking te bewaren in een schone en droge plaats.
