call forwarding services, pay monthly customersSome telephone numbers are operated by 3rd parties who connect or forward calls on to another number. There are lots of these 3rd party services in the marketplace and these services charge Orange a different, higher rate to connect calls.

Calls to these call forwarding services are not included in your inclusive minutes. For customers that joined before the 1st February 2013, calls will be charged at 20.4p per minute. If you joined after this date, but before the 30th October 2013, you will be charged 35p per minute to call forwarding services. If you joined from the 30th October 2013 you will be charged 40p per minute for call forwarding services.
