IT HAS BîN AN AMAZING SEVEN YEARS, and it is all thanks to you! The Cincinnati Comic Expo has grown from a small, one-day show into a multi-day event utilizing over 200,000 square feet of convention space at the Duke Energy Center. If you had told us seven years ago we would be hosting the legendary Stan Lee, we would have told you to keep dreaming. Despite the odds, we are hosting the “Godfather of Comics.” Mr. Lee has selected Cincinnati Comic Expo as his final signing appearance in the Midwest, and thus validating our Expo as a premiere event within the comic book convention industry. The growth, achievements, and accolades that Cincinnati Comic Expo has received are due to the artists, exhibitors, contributors, and most of all, the fans and attendees. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to a little show that grew up so fast. We hope that you enjoy our 2016 event, and we look forward to speaking with the fans and exhibitors. If you see us walking the floor, don’t be shy, come say hello. We want to hear your questions and input as well as hear from those of you who were here since the beginning. Finally, we want to invite you to join us in 2017. Save the date for the 8th annual Cincinnati Comic Expo to be held the weekend of Sept 22-24, 2017! Every year we develop new show features and host exciting guests. After Stan Lee, it will be hard to get much better, but we are aiming high and have already started reaching for the sky. Sincerely, Andrew Satterfield David Wray Matt Bredestege 1 welcome!
