You don't have to go to the conference to meet the speakers – join them in exchanges! Small group discussions hosted by Towards Maturity and Training Journal.

Exchanges are simple, but incredibly effective. Each session takes the form of an informal, face-to-face group discussion around practical questions that stimulate innovation and creativity in L&D. Exchanges last for one hour and each session is lead by an industry-leading expert who is speaking at the conference.

Every exchange will give you personal access to well-respected industry leaders and conference speakers. This is a great opportunity to air questions, problems and suggestions to industry peers. Follow exchanges on Twitter using the hashtag: #LT16ex

#LT16UK – the main hashtag, where all Tweets related to LT16 will appear. This channel has a lot of buzz, but it’s hard to follow anything.

Individual conference sessions can be followed through the session hashtags – allowing you to spot what’s happening where and head off to get involved if you didn’t realise a session would be valuable to you.
