Photoshop techniques have been used to midtone each photograph in effect the colours appear more obvious and stand out. The portrayal of the band in this double-page spread shows their less serious side of their career, as the readers and fans may expect a different genre of images for example a typical rock attitude theme. ‘Rock Sound’ ties in this portrayal of the band’s image by producing something unexpected.
