It is a pleasure to present Sur Cup International Youth Football Tournament of Andalusia, where players from all around the world, accompanied by family and friends will gather, from June 27th to July 3rd, 2016, in the ever magical city of Seville.

Tour 2016 combines the participation in the Tournament with the stay in Madrid and the visits to Toledo, Cordoba, Granada, Cadiz and Jerez.

The tournament is organized by a lineup of highly qualified professionals. All members of the team of Sur Cup belong to the world of sport. Professionals who have been part of First Division football clubs, athletes who have participated in Olympic Games, coaches and experts in organizing sports events.

Your team may compete in first class sports facilities, staying in the best hotels in the city and enjoy leisure activities scheduled to make your participation in Sur Cup an unforgettable experience.

We intend Sur Cup is a great festival of football and cultural exchange and fun are present in a tournament where schools, teams and clubs of all levels can compete to reach the finals at La Cartuja de Sevilla Stadium.

Program

Friday, June 24th 2016 •Arrival to Madrid and receipt. Madrid is the capital and the biggest city of Spain, located in the centre of the Peninsula. Madrid is a cosmopolitan city, a business center, seat of Government, the Spanish Parliament and residence of the King. It's also characterized by an intense cultural and artistic activity, and a unique and lively nightlife. • Check-in at the selected hotel. • Madrid sightseeing. Extensive tour of about 3 hours through the main avenues and squares with an official guide who will explain the monuments and history. The visit takes place in comfortable air-conditioned coaches.

Saturday, June 25th 2016 • Visit Football Town and the Football National Museum. The visit takes more or less one hour and a half. Facilities in which it is possible to see the pavilion, the soccer fields, the wardrobe of the selection (if it is not in use in this moment) and, with previous notice of the Hotel Sefutbol, it might see the residence. • Visit the Santiago Bernabeu Stadium (Real Madrid' s field). • Friendly match with a local team.

Sunday, June 26th 2016 • Excursion to Toledo. We´ll visit Toledo by walk. Stroll through the city to reach the Town Hall Square and the Cathedral, the old Jewish quarter, the Church of Santo Tomé, and admire the monumental painting "The Burial of Count Ozgaz" a masterpiece of El Greco. Then the Synagogue of Santa Maria la Blanca, the Monasterio de San Juan de los Reyes y el Museo Victorio Macho, with beautiful views over the Tagus River. Then visit a factory of Damascene, art inherited from the ancient craftsmen. Duration: 5 hours.

Monday, June 27th 2016 • Check-out and transfers to Seville by AVE or plane. Seville, the football pitches of Sur Cup . Seville is a perfect city to make your team lives much more than a football tournament, because of its wonderful weather, the nice character of its people, its relevance in the field of sports and, of course, all its monuments. Fun does not stop when the competition journey is over. Seville invites all of you, players, coaches and participants, to enjoy all its attractions. • Check-in at the selected hotel. • Receipt and delivery of Sur Cup Tournament Accreditations.

Tuesday, June 28th 2016 • Qualification Round of the Tournament. The competition model is designed to ensure a minimum of 4 games to all teams. A General Qualifying Round will be played, in which the teams will be organized in groups and will play under a league format. The following rounds will be determined by the number of participant teams in each category. • Opening Ceremony.

Wednesday, June 29th 2016 • Visit Ramón Sánchez Pizjuán Stadium or Benito Villamarín Stadium. • Qualification Round of the Tournament.

Thursday, June 30th 2016 • Fun in Isla Mágica. • Qualification Round of the Tournament.

Friday, 1 July 1st 2016 • Play-Off. •Semifinals.

Saturday, 2 July 2nd 2016 • Final at the La Cartuja de Sevilla Stadium. • Sur Cup Party.

Sunday, 3 July 3rd 2016 • Excursion to Cordoba. Discover a thousand-year-old city, cradle of the arabic culture in Andalusia, known streets and squares recognized as heritage of the humanity and visits the Mosque, the Synagogue and the Jewish Neighborhood. Excursion includes transfers from Seville and guides visits to Cordoba city and tickets to visit the Mosque, the Synagogue and the Jewish Neighborhood.

Monday, July 4th 2016 • Excursion to Granada. The set of the Alhambra, of indescribable beauty, is the most visited monument of Spain. It is a palace with a fortress, surrounded with walls inside the city of Granada. Palaces, towers, royal rooms and gardens show the brilliance that reached Granada during the Nazari dynasty. It includes transfers from Seville and guides visits to The Alhambra, Palaces and Generalife Gardens.

Tuesday, July 5th 2016 • Excursion to Cadiz y Jerez. Visit different cities for its people, for its light, its culture and gastronomy. It includes transfers from Seville and guides visits to a typical warehouse, to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art of Jerez, cradle of the Andalusian horse, and to the city of Cadiz.

PRICES AND CONDITIONS

Registration and payment •On Friday, April 1st 2016 is the deadline to registration and pay 20 % of the amounts. •On Wednesday, April 20th 2016 is the deadline to pay another 40 % of the amounts. •On Tuesday, May 10th 2016 is the deadline to pay the remaining 40 %.

Cancellation policy •Wednesday, June 1st is the deadline to request a refund of amounts paid if you wish to cancel by a team, a participant or a companion.

•The amounts paid corresponding to registration (20 %) will be not returned. •The rest of the amounts would be returned excluding a 20 % for administrative expenses. •From this date, all the registrans will lose the right to refund the amount paid.

Insurances • In the registration fee there's included a sport medical insurance that covers all the incidences that may happen during the competition.

•However, it is the responsibility of the delegates of each expedition that all participants are insured outside the football pitch.
