About our ConferenceAt the National Conference, ACA Qld member services and non-member services join together for two days of discussion and networking and to hear from a fantastic array of guest speakers and experts on hot topics and vital issues in the childcare sector.

Venue The Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre (BCEC) is a world-class purpose-built venue renowned for its operational and service excellence. The Centre is located in the riverside South Bank Precinct, hub of the city’s cultural and entertainment activities . Our conference is being held over one level on the Plaza level of the Centre.

Conference Organisation The ACA Qld Conference Committee selects speakers and develops the conference program.

General Information and TermsLiability Waiver In the event of industrial disruptions, the Conference and the organisers accept no responsibility for losses incurred by conference participants.

Participation in the Exhibition does not imply any endorsement or approval by ACA Qld. ACA Qld takes no responsibility in relation to the displays, products, representations or promotional material of the participants. ACA Qld has not assessed, endorsed or approved any display, product, representation or promotional material.

Personal Insurance Participants shall be regarded in every aspect as carrying their own risk for loss or injury to person or property including baggage, during the conference. We strongly recommend that at the time of booking your travel you take out a travel insurance policy of your choice. ACA Qld are in no way responsible for any claims concerning insurance.

Cancellation PolicyCancellation of sponsorship will not be accepted after 1 June 2015. Cancellations prior to this date will be granted, with a $150 administration fee to apply. All bookings made after 1 June 2015 are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing.

Booking PolicyACA Qld reserves the exclusive right to exclude any person or organisation from participation in the sponsorship, marketing or exhibitor options in this prospectus at the Conference.

Accommodation Block bookings at a special reduced rate have been made at Rydges Southbank and Mantra Southbank. As a sponsor/exhibitor you will be sent a registration brochure with accommodation booking details.

Car Parking BCEC offer exhibitors a flat rate of $15 for a 24 hour period.

Over and above the 24 hours, a flat rate of $50 is payable, for a period of 2 days to a week.

Sponsorship & Exhibition Booking form

Payment Terms ACA Qld will issue an invoice on receipt of the booking form. A payment of 50% of the total spend must be paid within 7 days of invoice issue date. The balance is to be paid on or before 1 July 2015. Cancellation Policy Cancellation of sponsorship will not be accepted after 1 June 2015. Cancellations prior to this date will be granted, with a $150 administration fee to apply. All bookings made after 1 June 2015 are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made in writing.
