Results/ outputs 1.1 Development of legislative and regulatory acts that are envisaged by the Action Plan for the implementation of the Concept for reforming training system for civil servants, heads of local state administrations, their deputies, local government officials and members of local councils:

1.1.1 Support the creation of appropriate legal environment for their professional development
