All Completed Monthly Eligibility Reports (MER’s) are due on the 1st of the month and no later than the 10th of each month. MER’s received after the 10th are considered late and will result in a late TANF grant payment. “lost in the mail” or “late due to mail” will not be an acceptable excuse.

MONTHLY ELIGIBILITY REPORTS (MER’s) WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE THE 1st DAY OF THE MONTH, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Inordertorequestdocumentsfromyourcasefile,youwillneedtofilloutandsubmit a “Client Request for File Copies” form to your Case Manager. There is up toa48-hourturnaroundtimeforyourCaseManagertofulfillyourrequest.Receipts must be provided to your TANF Case Manager within ten (10) days of theclientreceivinganySupportiveServiceRequestedpayments,incentives,orgiftcards. The receipts verify the funds you received were used to purchase the items requested in the Supportive Service Request. When submitting receipts please make sure you write the name of the person (adult or child’s name) who received the assistance. If the total amount of the assistance that was received isnotaccountedforinthereceipt,thebalanceduewillbedeductedfromyourTANF grant.

ASP Family Formation EventOn Thursday, January 2, 2020. We held an ASP Education Night with our amazing families; we started with a “Who am I: Ice Breaker participants partnered up with a team member and had to guess which animal they had picked.

We had a goal-setting activity listing SMART goals for each person for this new decade.

We hosted a balloon STEM challenge, with all of the families being winners for a fresh start to the New Year.

Staff facilitated an activity with families to start their vision boards. They had a good time and presented their vision boards to everyone in attendance.
