SUMMARY: Donald Kowall has over twenty years of experience in multiple areas of business operations including but not limited to business analysis, systems development, financial analysis, data warehousing, SOX, ERP implementation / support / operational management, SDLC including systems planning, design and implementation, and has managed large projects encompassing multi-disciplined staff and project goals. I have worked extensively within a variety of industries (50% public 50% private sector) assisting clients with implementing management systems and related business processes.
I have worked primarily in a multi-tasked capacity applying management, analysis, and tactical/strategic skills to all sizes of teams and projects on multi–year engagements, as well as short term strategic projects. Originally tasked with facilitating and supporting migration from Oracle Financials to Workday Financials. With council and advise by me company discovered and accepted that Workday financials would be an insufficient solution for their international accounting operational needs.
Also combined with the departure of all (Oracle Finance support personnel), I was asked to continue on as support to the Company in support of Oracle while a full new Finance team was put into place.
Facilitated major adjustments to configurations within existing solution approach (as re-implementation was considered out of scope) for a majorly expanding company via acquisitions. Primary responsibilities and include:

Development of full SOD (Separation of Duty), and SOX (Sarbanes Oxly) compliant security and protocols and solutions for system access.

Delivered a variety of documentation on standard processes for IT operations in support of the Application Suite.
