CAPR174-1 Requires Accountability ORMS Allows Management Items under $500 acquisition cost now listed as:

“Tracked Expendable Item” Still inventoried, but disposal and ROS are simpler

Inventory CAPR 174-1, 26 Dec 2012 Change 3 Inventory is from 1 Oct - 31 Dec “JUST DO IT”

New Equipment

Adding Items to ORMS

New additions must be approved by the wing DC Still having problems with “Garbage in, Garbage

on a “rolling” basis Using wing compliance inspection schedule

Having your “Paperwork” in order is fine, but utilizing equipment properly is the goal of the assessment program
