DOING BUSINESS WITH FOREVERGREEN/FGXPRESS Frequently Asked Questions Q: What is the best resource for me as I get started with my new business? A: The person who introduced you to ForeverGreen/FGXpress is your Enroller. Your Enroller is your best source for information and support regarding your new business. Q: What tools do I have to manage my new business? A: Upon becoming a Member of ForeverGreen/FGXpress, you will automatically receive access to a secure online Member portal known as your web office. The web office can be found at www.fgxpress.org. Your web office username is your Member ID, and the password is the password you chose during the enrollment application process. Keep your private information secure by not sharing your username and password with others. Q: How do I receive my commission earnings? A: Upon enrolling as a Member of ForeverGreen, the default method for receiving your commission payments will be eWallet. You can change your preference anytime through your web office. To change the preferred method of receiving commissions, log into your web office, select ‘Commissions’ and then ‘Payment Setting’ from the top navigation menu. You can change your payment preference to a payment card (Payoneer or other paycards available to certain locations), or have your money retained in your eWallet. Depending on your country, you may also be able to choose to be paid by check and/or direct deposit (ACH). Q: How often will I get paid? A: Commission payments are processed weekly. Each commission period runs from Tuesday at 12:00 a.m. U.S. Mountain Time through the following Monday at 11:59 p.m. U.S. Mountain Time. Commission calculations are finalized and posted the Friday following the close of the period. Payments are made early the following week, 5 to 7 days following the end of the commission period, or 1 to 3 days after commissions are posted. You must place an order of 50 QV/CV or more every 28 days to remain qualified to receive commission payments. Q: How long is my volume considered active? A: Autoship order volume is active for 28 days. All other order volume is active for 22 – 28 days; the remainder of the current period plus three more periods. For example, placing an order on a Sunday would make the volume active for Monday, plus three more week-long periods, for a total of 22 days. Q: What is eWallet? A: eWallet is a virtual “account” through ForeverGreen/FGXpress. When you earn commissions and have eWallet as your preferred payment receipt method, the commissions payment amount is added to your eWallet account balance. Alternatively, you can use your eWallet balance to pay for your Autoships or other orders by selecting eWallet as your order payment method. Please note that ForeverGreen/FGXpress must collect a credit card from you even if you choose eWallet as your order payment method, to be used as an alternate payment method in the event that your eWallet doesn’t contain enough of a balance to cover the cost of your order. Q: What is a Payoneer card? A: Payoneer is a third-party financial service company that is completely separate from ForeverGreen/FGXpress. Similar to the eWallet, it’s a paycard you can choose to have funded from your commission payments, and can also be used to make purchases at ForeverGreen/FGXpress or other retailers that accept this type of MasterCard debit card payments. Q: How do I set up a Payoneer account? To create a Payoneer account, you must follow a separate application process with Payoneer directly. You should apply for a Payoneer account through the Payoneer link in your web office, found in the ‘Commissions’ menu item under ‘Payment Settings’. Once you have been approved for Payoneer and your account has been activated, ForeverGreen/FGXpress can begin funding your paycard with your commission payments. Once you’re ready to have your commission payments sent to your Payoneer card, you must change your Payment Setting in your web office to reflect Payoneer as your preferred payment method for receiving commission earnings. Please note that it’s possible for your Payoneer account to be active and for commission payments to be sent to your Payoneer account prior to you receiving your physical Payoneer card in the mail.

Q: What happens if I request payment by check?A: The option to receive commission payments by check is only available to Members in the United States and Canada. When you select this option, your payment will be mailed to the business name and address listed on your ForeverGreen/FGXpress account by standard paper check. Paper checks won’t be processed until the Monday after the pay period has ended, and delivery times may vary. In the meantime, your commission earnings will be reflected in your eWallet, and then the balance will be transferred out of your eWallet account once the check has been cut.

Q: How do I set up payment via ACH (Direct Deposit)?A: Once you have selected the ACH payment setting in your web office as the preferred method for receiving your commission payments, you must complete and submit an ACH enrollment form. This form can be found in your web office library. Please note that ACH/direct deposit is only available in certain markets. Your ACH setup is not complete until your signed ACH enrollment form, including complete and correct information and copy of a voided check that matches the bank information on the form, has been submitted to ForeverGreen/FGXpress via fax, email, or upload to the web office, and the validation of the account information is completed. Please note that processing times may vary based on differing bank processes.

Q: How long does it take to receive my commission earnings?A: All money transfers begin on the Monday following the close of the period. Checks normally are mailed the following Monday (to Members in the United States and Canada only). Please note that payments can be delayed if you switch your payment setting preference due to time associated with validation and processing, etc.

Q: I reside in the United States. How do I submit my tax information to ForeverGreen/FGXpress?A: Please complete a current W-9 form and send it to ForeverGreen/FGXpress via fax, email, or upload through the web office. You can find an updated W-9 form through the IRS, or in your web office library. ForeverGreen must report earnings that exceed $600 USD per calendar year to the IRS.

Q: How do I contact Member Support?A: The U.S.-based Member Support team is available Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. U.S. Mountain Time. They can be reached via phone at +1 (801) 655-5500 or via email at [email protected]. Forms can be faxed to ForeverGreen/FGXpress at +1 (801) 655-5505. Please note that international support, office hours, and contact information may vary by market or language.

Q: Why haven’t I received my commission funds via ACH (Direct Deposit)?A: If you completed and submitted your ACH (direct deposit) paperwork but haven’t received your expected deposits within a couple weeks, it’s possible that some of the required information was missing or incorrect. Please contact the Member Support department and/or re-submit the corrected documentation to correct the issue.

Q: Why does each period run Tuesday through Monday instead of Monday through Sunday?A: This is an important business advantage offered to our Members. The Monday close ensures the full Member Support team is available to you while you’re processing all of your important end-of-period orders.

Q: How can I ensure my Autoship processes successfully each month?A: The most important thing you can do to ensure your Autoship is successful every 28 days is to confirm that your Autoship payment method on file is updated and accurate. Check to ensure the billing name, billing address, card number, expiration date, etc. in your Autoship profile match your card information exactly. You can review and edit this information under ‘My Account’ and ‘Billing Information’ in your web office.

Q: My order was processed, but hasn’t arrived. What should I do?A: Shipping times may vary depending on your geographical location and the delivery method chosen during checkout. You can access shipment tracking information in your web office on orders and delivery methods that support tracking. If you feel there is a problem, please contact your local office or the Member Support team at +1 (801) 655-5500 or [email protected] during regular business hours.
