User Guide Content User Guide for Cisco Unity divided into four guides so administrators can easily choose

content relevant to users based on features/functionality enabled for them: – User Guide for the Cisco Unity Phone Interface – User Guide for the Cisco Unity Assistant Web Tool – User Guide for the Cisco Unity Inbox Web Tool – User Guide for Accessing Cisco Unity Voice Messages in an E-Mail Client

(covers ViewMail for Outlook, DUC for Cisco, IMAP client access to voice messages)

Availability of TUI customization and premapped conversations has made providing key presses in procedures mostly meaningless. So, keys have been removed from procedures in User Guide for the Cisco Unity Phone Interface. Instead, steps tell users to "choose the option <prompt>." Some examples:

Step 2   From the Main menu, choose the option Send Message. Step 2   From the Main menu, choose the options Setup Options > Personal

Settings > Change Password.

Administrators can use Wallet Card wizard to produce cards that show key presses for customized TUIs or for premapped conversations. Content in System Administration Guide will highlight availability of wizard and how to use it.
