The heart of all AMC tempering machines is the Basic module thatcomprises all the best of 60 years in tempering business. The Basic module covers anything from straight heat exchanging ofany pumpable mass to highly precise creation of Beta V crystals inhigh-quality chocolate mass.
• Unique Scandinavian design in stainless steel • Constant crystal content• Highest chocolate output temperature
The unique PreTreat module ensures safe stabilisation of varyingtemperatures in chocolate mass pumped from an external tank. Themass is then free from undesirable crystals.
• Ensures longer shelf life of your chocolate products• Minimizes fat-bloom
The CTS features a built-in compact tempering system with a tankand pump for re-circulation of excess mass. It offers you completeflexibility to re-circulate mass from an enrober or to perform an in-line production shift of mass to a depositor or an extruder.

The Aeration version will supply any kind of aerated mass to yourproduction line. The gas is supplied directly into the chocolate outletso that the tempering and crystallisation process is not disturbed bythe gas mixing.

Heavy masses and fillings, e.g. nougat, require special attention tothe toughness and strength of the tempering machine. In theHeavyDuty version especially mechanical parts such as gear, shaftand stirring elements are chosen to meet the challenges of heavymass.

Modular, turbulent flow water system
A turbulent flow water system employing
CIP water filters enables rapid heat transfer
and cooling via the large surface areas of
the tempering elements. This ensures even
temperature distribution and complete
temperature control of each zone.
Gear motor
The basic location of the gear motor eliminates any
risk of oil entering the temperer. A simple disconnection
enables the removal of the gear motor for maintenance.
Process control with touch screen display
The operator has a clear overview of all process
parameters on the colour display. The touch screen
enables straightforward operation and is simple to
clean with a damp cloth.

together with easy access to the few components requiring maintenance,

I-Plate insulation between stages
The insulation efficiency provided by the
I-Plate enables unique temperature control
by minimizing heat transfer between cooling
and heating stages.
SuperResponse
The innovative SuperResponse circuit
instantly adopts the cooling water
flow to the requirements dictated by
chocolate temperature and flow.
Highly effective chocolate mixing
Multiple-winged SuperShear scrapers with a special flow-optimized profile
design for combined horizontal and vertical mixing ensure effective mixing and
homogenous distribution of the crystals created in the mass.
PreTreat conditioning for stable
supply of decrystallised mass
The PreTreat conditioning module
sets temperatures between 28°C and
65°C, for example at a constant
preset of 45°C.

AMC SuperNova CTS (Compact Tempering System)
The CTS version features a built-in compact
tank and preconditioning system with an
ingenious re-circulation system for tempered
mass via a mono pump. It offers you complete
flexibility whether you need to re-circulate mass
from an enrober, or you need to perform an
in-line production shift of mass to a depositor
or an extruder. The CTS is simply the top
solution incorporating all the best of our tempering
knowledge.
The AMC SuperNova CTS also ensures a consistent
texture in extrudable masses making it a superior
solution for the crystallisation of heavy masses such
as nougat and fillings.

AMC SuperNova Aeration
The aeration system is integrated on
the back of the cabinet so that the gas
is supplied into the chocolate outlet.
The tempering and crystallisation pro-
cess is therefore not influenced by
mixing of gas. Consequently, the recipe
of the mass is safely maintained. A
great advantage. External aroma and
colour tank is optional.AMC SuperNova HeavyDuty
Nougat and similar heavy masses and fillings
require the outmost attention to the
toughness and strength of the tempering
machine, especially its mechanical parts in
contact with the mass. The AMC SuperNova
is available in special versions that are
optionally configured to withstand the
challenges. The new HeavyDuty version is
obtainable with a new innovative control
system for automatic or manual adjustment
to the particular mass resistance.
