As directed by a March 27, 2015 Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) Ruling in the 2014 LTPP Rulemaking, Southern California Edison (SCE) performed production cost simulations to support calculation of a variable integration cost adder. The integration cost adder informs RPS procurement Least-cost, Best-fit evaluation and the RPS Calculator planning tool. The inputs and methodology used in the simulations were provided by Energy Division and its consultant, E3. This teleconference will discuss SCE’s and E3’s report on simulations results and provide an opportunity for party questions ahead of written comment opportunities listed in the ALJ Ruling.

Materials to be discussed during the teleconference will be emailed to the LTPP and RPS Rulemaking service lists prior to the call.

Resolution L-472 authorizes disclosure of records concerning the California Public Utilities Commission (Commission) Safety and Enforcement Division’s investigation of an electrical incident that occurred onJuly 24, 2013 at Gerald Desmond Bridge, in Long Beach, California.
