WORSHIP LEADER: “Who knows what time it is? (Pause.) Yes, it’s worship time! It’s worship time! I love worship time! But first, I’ve got a question for you. How can I love?”

CHILDREN and WORSHIP LEADER: “I can love like Jesus.”

WORSHIP LEADER: “Wahoo! I can love like Jesus. Let’s sing about that right now!”

Lead children in singing “Great Big God” and “Nobody Loves Me Like You”.

WORSHIP LEADER: “Way to go. Now, remind me. How can I love?”

CHILDREN and WORSHIP LEADER: “I can love like Jesus.”

WORSHIP LEADER: “Awesome! I can love like Jesus! Our Memory Verse is about loving, isn’t it? Can anyone remember it? (Pause.) Great job! Let’s say it together. ‘Love each other as I have loved you,’ John 15:12, NIV.”

WORSHIP LEADER: “This week our lesson is about how Jesus washed the feet of His friends to show them how much He loved them. Jesus loved them and so He helped them. We can help those around us too, just like Jesus. Let’s get ready for our Bible lesson, I better go grab a seat so I don’t miss a single minute of our Bible story!”
