Slide is the flowing solution to replace traditional fixed bumper. Moving along the sliding axis amortizes the main stresses transmitted by the medium approached to the bumper during the phases of loading and unloading. The positive and negative excursion reduces abrasion differently from fixed bumper. A modular design allows easy maintenance and replacement of any parts. The standard dock leveler bumper is strengthened with a metal shield. The standard bumper is placed inside a sturdy metal case that protects it from knocks side, top and bottom. The bumper protrudes only 20 mm. The protective cover is removable.

Il tampone standard viene posizionato
all’interno di un robusto contenitore
metallico che lo protegge dai colpi
laterali , superiori ed inferiori .
La parte in gomma sporge per soli 20
mm. La corazza di protezione e’
rimovibile e consente la sostituzione
della parte in gomma una volta usurata.
L’installazione avviene a tassellare ,
su l la t rave por ta panne l lo de l
magazzino. Il tampone corazzato deve
venire richiesto in sostituzione del
tampone standard in dotazione con le
pedane che normalmente viene fornito
pre installato su telai e/o cassaforme.

NotesThe bumper versions SLIDE and ARMORED are proposed to replace the standard bumper that normally accompanies our dock levellers. The standard bumper is normally pre-installed on the dock level, the two versions are provided with optional mounting anchor bolts or welding. They are loose supplied.
