PRODUCT APPLICATIONSCAFCO’s commercial stairway solution for commercial buildings and concrete tilt-up structures offers a flexible alternative to concrete or welded steel staircases. Featuring galvanized steel construction and non-slip steps that control snow and ice buildup, they install quickly and easily with simple hardware.

MATERIALS & CONSTRUCTION• Stair treads and landing platform planks

◦ Grip Strut – 11 3⁄4″ x 30″ x 2″ x 12 ga ◦ Formed and perforated

• Stringers, columns, bracing, and connection clips ◦ ASTM A653 galvanized steel ◦ 57 KSI yield strength ◦ 65 KSI tensile strength

• Bolts and nuts ◦ SAE Grade 8 ◦ Galvanized coated to hold off red rust for over 1,000 hours

of salt spray testing• Ships to the warehouse or jobsite on a pallet, ready to install • Includes all hardware for installation

ADJUSTABLE REAR LEGS• Allow plenty of adjustment and ability to fine

tune for even the slightest changes in grade• Adjust up to +/- 3” from the front to back of

the stairs

BOLTED CONNECTION• All bolted connections• No welds• Solid connection and oversized hardware that

won’t loosen over time

LASTING ASSEMBLY• Assembly is quicker and saves money over welded and

painted stairs• Heavy galvanized material will last for decades

STAIR TREADS• Our standard stairs come with heavy duty

treads for the most challenging snow or ice conditions

• Light duty treads are also available for interior or mild climate conditions

FRONT ADJUSTMENT• The front of the stairs also adjusts for +/- 3”

changes in slope• 3 points of adjustment available at the landing
