Different committees for Two Days Research Conclave

A. Organizing Committee :a) The conference convener will head the organizing committee in deciding the various

organizational issues. The committee will also include a co-convener who will help the convener in handling the various organizational issues.

b) The organizing committee will be coordinating all other committees to ensure a smooth functioning. The committee will be open to any suggestion from other functional committees. However, in case of any difference in opinion the decision of the organizing committee will be final.

c) The committee will include one representative from each department who will be responsible in involving different scholars from his/her department.

B. Scholars’ /Researchers’ Committee. a) The committee will be responsible for the entire preparation, and running of the

conference.b) The committee will have to Work in close relation with the organizing committe to

ensure all technical conference aspects are taken care off.c) Coordinate with the scholars and the staff team to make sure the logistical aspects

of the conference are in placed) Responsibility for conducting the technical and non-technical sessions.

C. Finance Committee.

The Finance Committee will be headed by the treasurer. The committee is responsible for reviewing and providing guidance for conclave financial matters. The financial committee will:

a) Provide direction for the entire conclave for financial responsibility. b) Review the organization's revenues and expenditures, and other matters related to its

continued solvency.c) Ensure that organizational funds are spent appropriately.d) Approve the conference budget.

D. Editorial Board Committee:

The editorial Board will have responsibilities towards the authors who will be submitting their work for inclusion in the conference program. This will include:

a) Providing guidelines to authors for preparing and submitting manuscriptsb) Treating all submitted manuscripts with fairness, courtesy, objectivity, honesty, and

transparencyc) Protecting the confidentiality of every author’s workd) Establishing a system for effective and rapid peer review e) Making editorial decisions with reasonable speed and communicating them in a clear

and constructive mannerf) Establishing clear guidelines for authors regarding acceptable practices for sharing

experimental materials and information, particularly those required to replicate the research, before and after publication

g) Informing authors of solicited manuscripts about the status of their submitted manuscripts once the review process is done.

E. Logistics and Hospitality Committee:

The Logistics team is responsible for the smooth operation of the conference. By working with every other committee, they will create a master schedule that will outline all the activities of the conference at any given time. The items below are the minimum of what should be covered in the master plan:

a) Venue – Meeting and Hotel Roomsb) Stage Logisticsc) Where are certain things placedd) Which events happen wheree) Work with committees on their inventory and space needsf) Work on lunch logisticsg) Work on Transportation logisticsh) Work on Security logistics

The hospitality committee will ensuring that the conference staff are well fed and taken care of, providing breakfast for all attendees, and creating a welcoming and helpful environment for all those who make their way to the conference. The items below are the minimum of what should be covered in the master plan:

a) Estimate number of meals and breakfast packages needed.b) Create budget.c) Finalize budget in collaboration with finance committee.d) Develop plan to distribute breakfast and wake up attendeese) Put in orders for all food and schedule pick-up or drop-offsf) Designate staff to pick-up or receive dropped off food

The committee head will be required to divide the logistics and hospitality functionality into two sub-committees as per his convenience.Following are the Members of the Logistics and Hospitality committee:
