Chimenul este apreciat pentru calitatile sale de neutralizare a mirosului si gustului alimentelor consumate anterior si reducerea senzatiei de foame. Introducerea chimenului in alimentatie ajuta la digestie, faciliteaza absorbtia nutrientilor si reduce grasimea depusa in organism.

sange, evita crizele de “pofta de dulce” si te pot tine satula aprox 2 ore.Ceaiul VerdeConsumat intre mese ofera senzatie de satietate pentru mult timp datorita fitonutrientilor EGCG(epigallocatechin gallate) pe care ii contine si care ajuta la cresterea numarului de hormoni responsabili sa informeze creierul ca organismul este satul. Beneficiile pe termen lung ale consumului de ceai verde se pot vedea consumand 1-2 cesti/zi. Consumul constant si echilibrat al ceaiului verde previne stocarea grasimilor, regleaza nivelul hormonilor respnsabili de apetit si modifica felul in care corpul metabolizeaza mancarea.

Lintea RosieEste leguminoasa bogata in proteine si fibre care te va ajuta sa fii satula mai multe ore la rand. Consumand o ceasca de linte oferi corpului tau ¾ din doza recomandata de fibre/zi. Lintea o poti consuma sub forma de supa sau tocanita sau pur si simplu adaugata in salatele tale preferate in stare fiarta sau hidratata timp de 12-18 ore.Oboseala o descriem ca pe o senzatie de slabiciune,de epuizare, lipsa de energie, dificultatea continuarii obiceiurilor anterioare si sustinute in mod repetat pana la un moment dat.Oboseala datorata oricarui motiv din viata noastra, conduce la stres, depresie, tulburari de nutritive, imunodeprimare, infectii, migrene, obezitate si hipotensiune arteriala.Ce trebuie sa mancam, ca sa devenim mai energici intr-o astfel de perioada?

1. Carne de vita si de porc slaba ( Carne rosie)

Datorita faptului ca sunt doua alimente bogate in Fier, acestea previn anemia, care este cea mai raspandita cauza a oboselii si care apare in urma diminuarii capacitatii de a transporta oxigen in celule.

 

2. Cereale integrale

Acestea sunt bogate in Folat si Vitamina B12, doi nutrienti necesari la reinoirea sangelui si prevenirea anemiei. Deasemnea sunt bogate in carbohidrati ( glucide), necesari furnizarii energiei pentru muschi si creierDatorita faptului ca acestea contin seleniu, mangan si grasimi sanatoase, contribuie la diminuarea colesterolului rau din sange

Beta-glucanul, o fibra solubila, ce face parte din compozitia acestor cereale, ajuta la inhibarea tumorilor si la buna functionare a sistemului digestiv.

 

3. Oua Contin vitamine din complexul B, care au datoria de a transforma carbohidratii in energie. Datorita faptului ca in oua gasim niacina, acestea sunt o buna sursa pentru hrana creierului. Nu trebuie sa

uitam nici faptul ca este prezenta si Vitamina K, vitamina care imbunatateste memoria si elimina toxinele din ficat.

 

4. Paste fainoasePastele deasemenea contin vitamine din complexul B si foarte important ele reprezinta carbohidratii complecsi. Datorita descompunerii lente a acestora din urma, glicemia se stabilizeaza usor iar oboseala intervine mai greu.

Sunt recomandate si persoanelor care doresc sa slabeasca si tin o cura de slabire, datorita faptului ca in stomac, sub actiunea sucului gastric, carbohidratii acestia complecsi, se digera mai greu decat cei simpli si atunci ele ofera senzatie de satietate ore intregi, deci alunga foamea, consumate si in cantitati mici.

 

5. BananeDatorita continutului ridicat de Potasiu , Magneziu si vitamiina B, banana reprezinta gustarea ideala, cu putine calorii iti ofera o cantitate mare de energie.

Cu cat acestea au coaja mai coapta, cu atat mai mult sunt capabile sa produca substanta numica TNF ( factor de necroza tumorala), care distruge celulele tumorale existente.

Datorita continutului ridicat de potasiu, sunt un remediu perfect pentru mahmureala.

 

6. IaurtDatorita bacteriilor lactice, pe care acesta lecontine, iaurtul, implicit produsele lactate, ajuta organismul sa lupte impotriva virusilor sau bacteriile, asigurandu-ne o imunitate puternica. Acesta este bogat in calciu, probiotice si magneziu, fapt ce conduce la instalarea lenta a oboselii.

Este indicat chiar si pentru mastile faciale, intrucat estompeaza oboseala de pe chip si il lasa mai fin la atingere.

 

7. Nuci sau alte fructe oleaginoasePrin continutul lor de aicizi grasi nesaturati, magneziu si fier, acestea reduc procesele inflamatorii, fluidifica sangele, permitand astfel creierului sa functioneze normal si sa nu lase oboseala sa intervina.

Contin si Vitamina E, fibre si antioxidanti, ce intervin in protejarea celulelor de imbatranire.

8. Citrice ( lamaie, portocala, grepfrut)Datorita continutului mare de vitamina C, din aceste fructe , capacitatea de aparare a organismului creste iar anemia este prevenita. Citricele previn anemia, datorita continutului crescut de vitamina C, care ajuta Fierul sa se absoarba mai rapid, combatand anemia, dispare si oboseala.

 

9. PestePestele contine acizi grasi polinesaturati Omega-3 si vitamina B12. Acestea sporesc atentia, combat oboseala, fluidifica sangele, regleaza cantitatea de cholesterol din sange, reduc procesele inflamatorii si contribuie la functionarea optima a sistemului nervos.

 

10. ApaApa noastra cea de toate zilele, consumata in cantitati adecvante ( 1.5-2 l/zi) previne dezhidratarea, care conduce la oboseala, epuizare, migrene, senzatie falsa de foame si lipsa de concentrare.

Escaping Transylvania to the WorldFrom the Romanian Goulag to Old and New Cultures - Memoirs

How the University Really Worked in Romania

In 1963 when I was born in Transylvania, the “golden age” of socialism was in full “progress”.

 Transylvania belonged to the Kingdom of Hungary (Transleithania) as part of the Austrian-Hungarian Empire.[11] After World War I, in 1918 Transylvania became part of Romania again. In 1940 Northern Transylvania reverted to Hungary as a result of the Second Vienna Award, but it was reclaimed by Romanian queen Maria after the end of World War II.1

All of Romainia was seized for its oil by Nazi Germany (1940-1944), “liberated” by the “Soviet Union” (1944-1947), and “re-liberated” to become the Popular republic of Romania (under USSR remote control) as the Cold War was beginning to freeze the Iron Curtain into to place.

The first “president,” Gheorghiu-Dej ( 1965) ruled as puppet of Moscow, but when he died, his Sec Gen of the Communist Party of Romania, Nicolae Ceausu, was elected as the second “president” (1965-1989), shifting his savage dictatorship into a harsher “nationalistic Goulag” than known in the USSR. At the end of 1994 the russian military organized “presidential” elections of “people’s commeettes” in the region.2 By the end of the war, some formerly Romanian northeastern territories were occupied by the Soviet Union, with Red Army units stationed on Romanian soil. In 1947 Romania forcibly became a People's Republic (1947–1965)

I finally had the chance to leave the country when Nicolae C. was shot by an execution squad in 1989.Obtaining visas to western countries was extremelly hard in 1990, right after ceausescu was shot. I convinced my then-husband Valerian Pipas to come with me to Bucharest and arrange for visas to France. I also needed transit visas through Austria and Germany.

For two decades I neither understoodd the dimensions of tragic situation of Transylvania (located in northeast Romania on the Ukranian border), nor did I understand that I would have to escape the Goulag of Romania by the skin of my teeth.

For peoples of the world Transylvania seems to be a far away place, where most people know the werewolves and vampires have been rumored to roam & lurk in nature. In the imagination of prople everwhere, whose beliefs are soaked in mystical folklore, even today it is hardly possible to have a rational conversation on any subject matter. Most occupying forces never understood either the culture of the Romanian people or the distinct culture of Trasnylvania.Naturally I am a bi-national citizenship, but without belonging to any of the two countries. Summoning my unconsciousness to write this autobiographical piece, I need to reaccustom myself to thinking of the distinct cultures of the region.

The population consisted of Romanians, Hungarians (particularly Székelys) and Germans.These languages are still being spoken on the territory of Maramures county, including Rroma, or the Gypsy language. I always liked and loved the Romanian language, so I decided to become a Professor of Romanian Language and Literature.

I was admitted to the University in Cluj,in the heart of Transylvania. The professors, started reading the mounds of new Decrees every day, which made me laugh, and staff of the university was suspicios of me not believing their “expose” in the class rooms. Professors were trying to befuddle us with words from a wooden language, totally bent toward twisting our brains into confused submission. Professors, securitate officers acting as sweaty bureaucrats, uneducated idiots trying to tell us what to think. Not one professor asked us, “What do you really think, all of you?” Each professor had their favorite students and made sure they pointed it out in class, stifling any competition, and showed openly their favoritism or nepotism. When I reached 22 years, I started beingargumentative, and started criticizing professors, esp the history professor. I was getting so sick at academics yelling at us, and being forced to do the military service as a woman in the academia. After all, americans were coming to take away our socialist country.

We couldn t buy books in English, and I was an English major.We couldn’t talk to foreigners, and the athmosphere was dreadful in classes.

Speech was not free; one couldn’t argue in class, or make any real analysis or debate. You had to regurgitate what they were telling you, and read whatever was there in the old books stacked in the communist library.

Nobody underwent this.

Finally I decided to leave in 1986, and traveled to the border, as well as paid a smuggler to take me to Yougoslavia. My mother was so confused by the propaganda, that she started crying when I was freed from prison, feeling very emotional after the death of the nation’s father, ceausescu.

I was ready to give up my freedom, just to escape an impossible country, with impossible leadership.

In 1989, ceausescu finally pardoned everybody who tried to escape the horrendous conditions in the country.

The first act of freedom I have performed it was to secure a passport for myself. And got married to Valerian. Otherwise the consulate would not have given me the visas.

In Kobenzl,Austria, I visited the cemetery where Mozart was buried, and it was very uplifting seeing all the bridges and magnificent churches surrounding me from all directions.3
