Case StudyElizabeth is a 62 year old lady. Over the last few weeks she has found her hands and feet, and sometimes her knees, have sometimes been painful and stiff. On further questioning this seems to have probably been the case for a couple of months, although it is only in the last few weeks that it has become more of a problem. Elizabeth says that it is often more noticeable in the mornings. The other day she had a long train journey - after sitting still for about four hours her feet in particular were quite stiff and painful. She seems otherwise well.
