Consistant Show
● Consistency means different things depending on who you ask → a must to build a successful channel.
● Consistency is expected on : format, titles, show …etc.
● TV vs YouTube : YouTube allows viewers to watch what they want when they want.
● To grow your channel you have to specify a clear, narrow & focus topic on your stream.
● Whether you wanna switch to another type of content, ask yourself first how my fans will feel about it ?

Google RISE Awards
Google RISE Awards are grants for organizations across the globe that :
• Run initiatives that reach girls , underrepresented minorities, and students facing socio-economic barriers under age 18
• Promote CS Students
What to do ?
• Demonstrate scale of CS program over one year and keep Google updated on progress by submitting midyear and end of year reports , Report on progress.
• Communicate ideas and expertise on CS outreach programs within the global RISE community, taking part of a big community and
share resources with it !
What do you receive ?
• Funding: Grants range from $15,000 to $50,000 USD.
• Access to a global network of CS partners: This includes an invitation to the annual RISE Global Summit and participation in the Google+ online community.
• Consultancy with Google experts and volunteers: Learn about technical tools & organizational development over the course of 12 months

Google Online Marketing Challenge
It is a unique opportunity for students to experience and create online marketing campaigns using Google AdWords and Google+ .
With a $250 AdWords advertising budget provided by Google, students develop and run an online advertising campaign for a business or non-profit organization over a three week period.
