    PHN II: TNH TON B TRUYN AI

    2.1. Chn loi ai- Thit k b truyn ai cn phi xc nh c loi ai, kch thc ai v bnh ai,khong cch trc A, chiu di ai L v lc tc dng ln trc.

    PHN III: THIT K B TRUYN BNH RNG

    3.1. Tnh ton b truyn bnh rng tr rng thng3.1.1. Chn vt liu v cch nhit luyn

    Do hp gim tc 2 cp chu ti trng trung bnh, nn chn vt liu lm bnhrng c rn b mt rng HB 350; ti trng va p nh, thay i, b truyn bnhrng quay 1 chiu, lm vic 2 ca, thi gian s dng l 6 nm. ng thi tng khnng chy mn ca rng chn rn bnh rng nh ln hn rn ca bnh rng lnkhong (10 15) HB. Chn:

    Bnh rng nh: thp 50 ti ci thin. Tra (Bng 6.1 trang 92) ta c cc thng s cathp nh sau: Kch thc S khng ln hn100 mm

    + Gii hn bn: b= 850 MPa+ Gii hn chy: ch = 580MPa

    Nhp xong cc thng s chn Calculate (tnh ton) ta tnh c cc thng s sau:Module m = 10 (mm); Number of teeth (s rng): z2 = 68; Unit Correction (dich chnhrng): x2= 1,0797; Total Unit Correction (tng n v dch chnh): x = 1,0797.

    Cc thng s tnh ton thit k b truyn bnh rng cp nhanh, bnh rng trrng thng.
