Bruno spent many years as a manager for Petro-Canada before moving into professional services with
two large Calgary firms. Founding DMA in 2004, he has built important and deep relationships with companies large
and small, while building a team of recruitment professionals and honing the discipline.
His books and coaching programs are well received in business communities from Calgary to Ottawa and
everywhere in between.
TONY PRETTEGIANI
CFO
Tony Prettegiani has been active in Calgary’s finance community since 1989. He has experience in the
Professional Service, Energy and Aviation sectors. Tony has been with DMA Canada since May 2012 and is
responsible for working with the leadership team to manage the finance and accounting activities of the
organization.
Tony is committed to giving back to his community. He is actively involved in Lions Clubs International.
DMETRI BERKO, MPM, BSc, PMP, RPR, CHRP Principal, Learning & Development Manager
Focus: IT/IS, Technical Engineering, Project Management, Sales/BD
Dmetri joined DMA in 2011 after several record-setting years of post-secondary recruitment success. A
designated Project Manager (PMP) and Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP), he brings a methodical and
client-based recruitment effort that is reflected in the training and processes at DMA.

Project Coordinator

Mark joined the DMA team in 2014 as Project Coordinator for Director Bruno Lindia after working in
corporate records management consulting. He is a methodical worker with the ability to delve deeply into the
