Dar-ul-Madinah, an Islamic education system, has set an objective of improving conventional academic studies in conformity with Shariah. It is one of more than 80 departments functioning under Dawat-e-Islami, a global Islamic organization working for the propagation of Quran and Sunnah throughout the globe. It provides students with an environment where Islamic values are honoured in all management, curriculum and teaching practices enabling students to learn and thrive to the best of their abilities within the boundaries of Shariah.

Our academic curricula and teaching methodologies have been designed with a view to garnering moral values, self-discipline, commitment, integrity and other essential life skills. These values will help children face the dynamic challenges and opportunities of life with wisdom in their professional lives.

Recent technological developments have significantly changed dimensions of communication and information management. Students must demonstrate knowledge and skills in using computer technology. Computer labs at Dar-ul-Madinah have been properly designed and are supervised by qualified instructors.

healthy minds. Dar-ul-Madinah considers physical fitness of

students as an important factor contributing to their academic

performance. When the students are involved in various

physical activities and educational games, they learn to modify

Pre-Primary Programme

Careful upbringing in the formative years of childhood plays a pivotal role in the development of child’s personality. The teacher serves less as an instructor and more as a guide and facilitator. Pre-primary programme at Dar-ul-Madinah is an activity-based learning programme which is integrated with Islamic values leading the children from concrete to abstract level of understanding. On completion of our pre-service training programme, qualified and dedicated teachers are available for developing the physical and mental capabilities of the students in a systematic way.

Primary education develops skills of basic literacy and numeracy in young children. It establishes the foundations of pure science, mathematics, geography, history and other social sciences. Dar-ul-Madinah primary schooling aims to inculcate the true Islamic spirit, moral values, ethics and character building, keeping in view the required educational needs of growing students. Well-structured and integrated studies enable the students to mature their personalities. The secondary level of schooling is of crucial importance as the students have to appear in board exams and soon after the completion of matriculation, they are close to be stepping into practical life. Therefore, our secondary schooling emphasises on theory and practical at the same time, enabling the students to understand their roles as responsible citizens and make their contributions to the society. Keeping the outcome of secondary level schooling in mind, Dar-ul-Madinah not only arranges special activities, it also gives students various opportunities to practically implement the theories and concepts.

Co-Curricular and Extra Curricular ActivitiesDar-ul-Madinah encourages healthy lifestyle of its students. Various co-curricular activities are arranged at Dar-ul-Madinah, providing our students with great opportunities to grow physically and mentally. Race, spoon race and sack race are favourite activities of many of our students. Dar-ul-Madinah conducts di�erent racing competitions to encourage students’ participation and physical growth. A number of activity days are also conducted at Dar-ul-Madinah that enable our students to work in teams and handle di�erent situations on the field. Speech contests and debates are great opportunities for our students to improve their public speaking and increase their confidence.

Appearing in board examination of di�erent cities of Pakistan in recent years, the students of Dar-ul-Madinah have achieved remarkable results with a large number of A+ and A grades. Dar-ul-Madinah Admission Policy

Phase 1: Registration

1. Registration starts on the specified dates that are announced through Dar-ul-Madinah website and social media platforms. Parents can also avail the online registration facility by visiting o�cial website of Dar-ul-Madinah. Admission will be granted on the basis of completing admission criteria and subject to the vailability of seats in the campus in which registration is applied for.

2. Parents/ guardians are requested to come along with the following documents at the time of registration: CNIC of father ‘B’ form/ birth certificate of your child SLC or bona fide certificate for admission to higher than class I

Phase 2: Test / Interview

1. Schedule for test/ interview is mentioned below. Parents and children can come at 8:10 am. Written test (for nursery and higher classes) and interview for pre-nursery will be held from 8:30 am to 9:30 am. Interviews (approximately 7 to 12 minutes for each applicant) will be held from 10:00am to 1:15 pm. Exact time can be confirmed from campus.

2. Parents of the students who have passed the test/interview will be contacted by a phone call within 15 days. In case of no phone call from Dar-ul-Madinah, parents may themselves call the relevant campus and confirm their registration status.

Procedure of registration and admission in Dar-ul-MadinahParents/guardians who want admission to Dar-ul-Madinah have to go through the phases as per the following procedure.

Phase 3: Confirmation of Admission

1. Parents will be requested to pay the given fee bill at bank within a week and submit the school copy to campus in order to confirm the admission.

2. Parents/ guardians must also bring following documents while submitting school copy of fee bill. Original and photocopy of father’s/ guardian’s CNIC 8 photos: 6 photos of passport size and 2 photos of ID card size For admission to higher than Class I, School Leaving or Bonafide Certificate will be required. (Admission will not be confirmed without it.)

3. The parents who fail to submit the copy of paid fee voucher to Dar-ul-Madinah within a week, other students from the merit list will be given admission. In this case, fee will be refunded.
