This is the Test of Acceptance… BUT because were human we all have agendas in our service…

Many times there is TOO MUCH of us in our service opportunities.

There is too much of our own personal needs getting met which taints the service to God.

Service Has Agendas

Where we may have been healthy in our giving in one point when we find a lack In our life now we overcompensate for that lack by serving and now our service is to gain something.

  Our motives need to constantly come before God    In developing an attitude of service and humility and to be able to JUST

DO IT… we are developing the : Character trait of service called Follow Through… so how does this work with serving God…   Eph 6:6 Obey them not only to win their favor when their eye is on you, but like

slaves of Christ, n doing the will of God from your heart. Eph 6:7 Serve wholeheartedly, as if you were serving the Lord, not men, o Eph 6:8 because you know that the Lord will reward everyone for whatever good

he does, p whether he is slave or free.

Motivation is a problem when we make getting a priority. If you make serving God your priority your priority you will not get burned out.

Vision of DM

To help you or your organization reach their purpose and destiny.

This is accomplished through our educational training format and our partner platform opportunity which includes CAUSE fundraising for your organization.

We teach and train educators who we equip with our curriculum and our resources so that they may go out and train others.

Who are you as a MCT?

As a DM Mentor Coach Trainer (MCT)you are being called by God to be an equipper of the body of Christ in the area of educational coaching.

You are called to SERVE HIM ONLY.You are also living out your purpose and

destiny by helping others live out theirs.You are becoming part of God’s plan to

multiply coach leaders on this planet. You are helping to build the kingdom of God.

When can you be a MCT?

DM Mentor Coach Trainers must have passed the Basic Biblical Life coaching course (DMBL 101) and be credentialed in this to teach others this curriculum.

DM Mentor Coach Trainers who have passed both Basic and Advanced (DMAT 201) course and been credentialed in both will be able to teach both 30 courses and credential.

What are you called to do?

Help others learn the DM curriculum so that they may live out their purpose and destiny as coaches or coach trainers.

You are called to run the DM curriculum in your church, non-profit, or existing coaching business.

You are called to help others be credentialed in the area of biblical life coaching and transformational life coaching.

How do you do this?

By sharing your excitement about the DM courses with others.

By running your own DM credentialing classes at your church, non-profit or business.

By attending this Mentor Coach Training Course and signing up to be a MCT with DM.

Requirements of DM MCT

Successfully completed the DMBL 101 Basic Biblical Life Coaching course.

Purchased the Dream Mentors Mentor Coach Trainer package which includes the audio set, power points, and compact discs/ mp3 files for DMBL 101 individually or as a package at $250. If you already have these items then zero cost, or pay only for individual items.

Upgrade and be registered as a Preferred Partner at $14.95 at www.dreammentors.biz site.

Successful background check.Have coach liability coverage up to 1 million.

Responsibilities of DM MCT

Agree to abide by the Dream Mentors Code of Ethics and Dream Mentors Coaching Standards as given to you in your DMBL 101 Basic Biblical Life Coaching Course.

Agree to work with each client on a weekly basis. You may schedule times in group sessions to better maximize your time working with your schedule and the client’s schedule.

Successfully complete 20 hours with client and complete Grading Rubric on each client.

Responsibilities of DM MCT

The credentialing process requires 15 hours of face-to-face or voice-to-voice educational training hours and 5 mentor coach training hours. These requirements are listed on the Dream Mentors Grading Rubric.

You are to complete a minimum of 20 hours with the client if they are working toward completion of the credentialing process.

After completion of the Dream Mentors Grading Rubric you will be asked to sign off on the client stating that you believe they are ready to be credentialed as a Biblical Life Coach.

If you do not believe they are to be a coach after your training you are to specifically state so on the grading rubric and give your recommendations for where they may need further help.

 

Financial Responsibilities of DM

As a Dream Mentors Mentor Coach Trainer you are an independent contractor and will receive a 1099 from Dream Mentors after you have received a minimum of $600.

You must upgrade to Preferred Partner status at www.dreammentors.biz

You will receive a fee of $140 after your 20 hours are completed with the client. This fee is payable only to your Pay Pal account listed above.

For your first payment , we will deduct the fee of $15 for administrative costs to cover your background check before sending your payment to Pay Pal.

Financial Responsibilities of DM

After your background check report should we find anything that we deem not to be representative of a Dream Mentors Mentor Coach Trainer we will pay you for completion of the first assignment, as long as you have completed your responsibilities above, but we will not renew your contract for the next assignment.

We deem the right to terminate you of your responsibilities if at anytime we believe you cannot carry out your duties successfully as a Dream Mentors Mentor Coach Trainer.

We would like a copy of your coach liability insurance that shows proof of atleast 1 million in liability insurance.

Make sure you completed all requirements from DMBL 101 and administratively if anything is missing from your file we need to get that adjusted.

We will send you a Coach Training Package over email that will tell you what you need to present to us in order to be a DM Mentor Coach trainer.

Will include Mentor Coach Trainer CONTRACT, background check forms, and will require you to fax that back with additional information.

We will need receipt of materials ordered through DM site: DM Mentor Coach Trainer Package or if you ordered items individually
