    6 Research Activities:

    My research areas are String Theory, String Phenomenology and Black Hole Physics. I have

    worked on several interesting problems on string model building involving branes and fluxes.

    My interest also includes the study ofD-brane statics and dynamics in non-trivial geometry.

    Recently I have started working on some aspects of black hole entropy and its quantum

    corrections.
