Sing, all ye ci+zens of heav’n above!
Glory to God,
all Glory in the highest;

Offertory They Aye Carol
1. Who is the baby
an hour or two old
Looked for by shepherds
far strayed from their fold,
Lost in the world though
more precious than gold?
This is God with us in Jesus.
2. Who is the woman with
child at her breast,
Giving her milk to
earth's heavenly guest,
Telling her mind to
be calm and at rest?
Mary, the mother of Jesus.
3. Who is the man who
looks on at the door,
Welcoming strangers,
some rich but most poor,
Scanning the world as
if somehow unsure?
Joseph, the father of Jesus.
4. Who are the people
come in from the street,
Some to bring presents
and some just to meet,
Joining their song to
what angels repeat?
These are the new friends of Jesus.
5. Will you come with me,
ev'n though I feel shy,
Come to his cradle
and come to his cry,
Give him your nod or
your 'yes' or your 'aye,'
Give what you can give to Jesus?

Communion Silent Night, Holy Night
1. Silent night, holy night,
All is calm, all is bright
Round yon virgin mother and Child,
Holy Infant so tender and mild,
Sleep in heavenly peace,
Sleep in heavenly peace.
2. Silent night, holy night,
Shepherds quake at the sight;
Glories stream from heaven afar,
Heav'nly hosts sing alleluia;
Christ, the Savior, is born!
Christ, the Savior, is born!
3. Silent night, holy night,
Son of God, love's pure light

L oving and faithful God, through the years the people of our archdio-cese have appreciated the prayers
and love of Our Lady of Prompt Succor in times of war, disaster, epidemic and ill-ness. We come to you, Father, with Mary our Mother, and ask you to help us in the battle of today against violence, murder
and racism.
We implore you to give us your wisdom that we may build a community founded on the values of Jesus, which gives re-
spect to the life and dignity of all people.
Bless parents that they may form their children in faith. Bless and protect our youth that they may be peacemakers of our time. Give consolation to those who
have lost loved ones through violence.
Hear our prayer and give us the persever-ance to be a voice for life and human
dignity in our community.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Our Lady of Prompt Succor, hasten to
help us.
Mother Henriette Delille, pray for us that
we may be a holy family.

Sending Forth Go Tell It on the Mountain
Refrain
Go tell it on the mountain,
Over the hills and ev'rywhere;
Go tell it on the mountain
That Jesus Christ is born!
1. While shepherds kept their watching
O'er silent flocks by night,
Behold throughout the heavens
There shone a holy light.
2. The shepherds feared and trembled
When lo! above the earth
Rang out the angel chorus
That hailed our Savior's birth.
3. Down in a lowly manger
The humble Christ was born,
And God sent us salva+on
That blessed Christmas morn.

Comunión Estoy Pensando en Dios
Estribillo
Estoy pensando en Dios,
estoy pensando en su amor. (bis)
1. Olvida el hombre a su Señor
y poco a poco se desvía,
y entre angus+a y cobardía
va perdiéndose el amor.
Dios le habla como amigo,
huye el hombre de su voz.
2. Yo siento angus+a cuando veo
que después de dos mil años,
y entre tantos desengaños,
pocos viven por amor.
Muchos hablan de esperanza,
mas se alejan del Señor.

3. Todo podría ser mejor
si mi pueblo procurase
caminar sin alejarse
del camino del Señor;
pero el hombre no hace suyos
los senderos del amor.
4. Todo podría ir mejor
si en fervor y en alegría
fuesen las madres María
y los padres San José,
y sus hijos imitasen
a Jesús de Nazaret.

Canto Final Santa María del Camino
1. Mientras recorres la vida
tú nunca solo estás;
con+go por el camino
Santa María va.
Estribillo
Ven con nosotros al caminar;
Santa María, ven.
Ven con nosotros al caminar;
Santa María, ven.
2. Aunque te digan algunos
que nada puede cambiar,
lucha por un mundo nuevo,
lucha por la verdad.
3. Si por el mundo los hombres
sin conocerse van,
no niegues nunca tu mano
al que con+go está.
4. Aunque parezcan tus pasos
inú+l caminar,
tú vas haciendo caminos:
otros los seguirán.

Offertory Angels We Have Heard On High
1. Angels we have heard on high
Sweetly singing o'er the plains,
And the mountains in reply
Echoing their joyous strains.
Refrain
Gloria in excelsis Deo.
Gloria in excelsis Deo.
2. Shepherds why this jubilee?
Why your joyous strains prolong?
What the gladsome +dings be,
Which inspire your heavenly song.
3. Come to Bethlehem and see
Him whose birth the angels sing;
Come adore, on bended knee,
Christ, the Lord, the newborn King
4. See Him in a manger laid,

Mary Joseph lend your aid,
While our hearts in love we raise.

Communion Wood of the Cradle
1. Wood of the cradle,
wood of the cross,
bearing a life+me of joy and loss,
Who is your loved one?
who could he be,
born in a manger to die in a tree?
Refrain
This, this is Jesus the Lord,
here in the body and blood poured.
Come, come, walk in his ways,
Kneel at the manger and
rise from the grave.
2. Shepherds lie sleeping,
deep in their dreams;
angels awake them:
“What could this mean?
Whom do your herald?
Whom must we find?
A child in a manger?
Our God born in +me?”
3. Star in the heavens
bearing new light,
guiding the sages and
ages this night:
Where will you lead us?
Where can he be,
the child born of myst’ry
who died on a tree?
4. Come, all who hunger,
come, all who thirst;
Come, all seek him,
God’s joy on the earth.
Find him a shelter,
bright, safe and warm;

Communion Mary Did You Know
Divine Mercy Parish
“God is rich in mercy . . .” Ephesians 2:4
Page 6
1. Mary, did you know
that your baby boy
would one day walk on water?
Mary, did you know
that your baby boy
would save our sons and daughters?
Did you know
that your baby boy
Has come to make you new?
This Child that you delivered
will soon deliver you
2. Mary, did you know
that your baby boy
would give sight to the blind man?
Mary, did you know
that your baby boy
would calm a storm with His hand?
Did you know
that your baby boy
has walked where angels trod,
and when you kiss your li'le baby
you've kissed the face of God?
Oh, Mary did you know?
Ooh, Mary did you know?
Ooh.
Bridge
Ooh, the blind will see,
the deaf will hear,
the dead will live again.
The lame will leap,
the dumb will speak
the praises of the Lamb.
3. Oh, Mary, did you know
that your baby boy
is Lord of all crea+on?
Mary, did you know
that your baby boy
will one day rule the na+ons?
Did you know
that your baby boy
is heaven's perfect Lamb,
and the sleeping Child you're holding
is the great I Am?
Oh, Mary, oh.

Heirlooms
1. Up in the aZc, down on my knees,
life+me of boxes +meless to me.
Le'ers and photographs
yellowed with years,
some bringing laughter
some bringing tears.
Time never changes the mem'ries,
the faces of loved ones
who bring to me.
All that I come from,
and all that I live for
And all that I'm going to be.
My precious fam'ly
Is more than an heirloom to me.
2. Wisemen and shepherds,
down on their knees,
bringing their treasures
to lay at His feet.
Who was this wonder, Baby yet King?
Living and dying, He gave life to me.
Time never changes the mem'ry
the moment His love
first pierced through me
Telling all that I come from,
and all that I live for
and all that I'm going to be.
My precious Savior
is more than an heirloom to me.
My precious Jesus
is more than an heirloom to me.

Señor, me enseña a orar

Act of Spiritual Communion My Jesus, I believe that You are in the Blessed Sacrament. I love You above all things, and I long for You in my soul. Since I cannot now receive You sacramentally, come at least spiritually into my heart. As though You have already come, I embrace You and unite myself en-tirely to You; never permit me to be separated from You.
