Issues influencing timing
• Demand levels – filling loft tanks, taps left running, washing backlog, flood washdown, etc
• Operational issues in recharging – airlocks
• Mechanical failure of distribution assets – valves, pressure control valves, booster pumps
– Not been run for a while, may have flood damage
• Leakage– system has been discharged– floods will have caused ground movement
• Mythe production – mechanical / electrical / process failure
