Event: Distribution of groceries And Orphanage visit

Distribution of Groceries:

Venue: Swatantra Nagar, Madhurawada

Description:

In a survey conducted by a team of We R 4 Help, It was found that some of the

residents in area of Swatantra Nagar, Madhurwada are very old, poor and are orphaned by their

children and are not getting either pension or ration .We had found 6 families among them and

distributed the below mentioned groceries:

● 10 Kg Rice Bag

● 1 Kg Dal

● 1 litre Oil

● 500 gm Ragi Flour

● 500 gm Wheat Flour

● 250 gm Tamarind

Orphanage visit:

We the team of “ We R 4 Help ” also visited “ Krupa Sadhana ” orphanage near

old dairy farm,Hanumanthuwaka on 25-08-2019.

Our team donated a “ rice bag ” and also some snacks for the children residing in

the orphanage and spent some time with the children.

INTRODUCTION :

WeR4Help social group is the one which helps the poor by fulfilling their needs. we may not be

able to eradicate the poverty but at least we are trying to make them happy by providing

groceries and fighting for their pensions and so on by putting our maximum efforts. We are also

aiding orphanages by fulfilling their needs.

OBJECTIVE:

We, the volunteers of this group and also some of the students of our college(GVPCOE(A)) who

actually are aware of all the problems of the poor people have joined hands together to serve

them and make them happy. This objective has driven us to move forward and take the initiative.

This will be successfully done if you guys join hands with us by just saving 1 rupee per day.

ABOUTEVENT:

In order to raise funds for our social group WeR4Help,the volunteers of our group and also

some other students of our college made Eco FriendlyGanesh idols .We also have concern for

our environment so we decided to make idols out of natural clay The money collected by

marketing those idols are used to help poor. We conducted this event at our college. Our college

faculty and Students have supported us by buying them and made this event successful. We also

explained the motive behind this event and about ourWeR4Help group.

Event Name: Swatch Bharat -Beach cleaning Event

Place: Bheemunipatnam

Description:

The Students of all social groups under CFSR of GVPCOE (A) in collaboration with

Visakhapatnam city commissioner of Police participated in swatch Bharat beach cleaning event.

Our group volunteers also participated in this event as a part of the social responsibility and

discharged their duties in making the surroundings of Bheemunipatnam beach clean. All the

social groups’ volunteers actively participated in collecting the wastage, plastic materials, debris

and sent to the recycling plant. Hence thereby made the beach into a beautiful tourist spot. This

event also showcased our unity in making this event a grand success.

we even taught them few craft items .we also had spent some quality time with them

discussing few general topics making them feel at home.

DENGUE)

EVENT DISCRIPTION:

as this is a rainy season, there is a chance for spreading of viral diseases. since there is lack of

awareness to the people living in that area. we visited individual families after distribution and

spread this awareness in order to caution them about the causes and effects about the seasonal

diseases.

Event Name: Distribution of Groceries to Orphanage

Place:kripasadhana orphanage, midhilanagar colony, car shed.

About the Event: Kripasadhana orphanage is a shelter home to 30 children who are

abandoned by their parents. They are not able to meet the daily food needs. So, We are moved

away by the situation and decided to donate groceries for the children which are used to feed

them for nearly 15 days.
