Click on Disqualified Directors

The Introduction screen will be displayed

Please read through the Introduction

Click on View Sanctions

Read though the Sanctions informationfield

Click on Continue

You can either type in:

Identity Number %6805

First name%Pieter

or

Surname%Botha

Click on Search

The Search Results will display the records or no records

Click on Search Again if no records

The previous slide displayed no information meaning that there is no such Director

Another search can continue

Click on Search

The requested Search Result will be displayed

Click on Click Here

A charge of R10 will be deducted from your Customer Account at CIPRO, after clicking on Continue

The Director Details will be displayed

You can view and print the Certificate with another R10 deduction off the Customer Account

The Disqualified Disclosure Certificate will be displayed

Click on Print

Click on Cancel after printing

The Introduction page will be displayed

Click on Continue
