Originally a residential cleaning company, our quality and attention to detail soon became noticed and our commercial cleaning arm of the company became successful as well. Specialising in Display Homes, Builders Cleans, Vacate Cleans, and Contract Cleaning.

Graychon offer efficient and reliable comprehensive cleaning services 7 days a week with a minimum team of 2 people onsite with every clean. We service all areas within a 120km radius of Melbourne with regional areas to be addressed separately upon request. We use leading products within the cleaning industry offering streak free shine and pleasant smelling homes as a result.

Graychon provide a full consultation on site prior to commencement of the management of your property. During this we will showcase our supplies and take a walk through the property to ascertain any specific requirements for your property, whilst explaining our weekly management regime and other services available.

Area presented for sale, all brochures/folios tidied and set neatly

All display sections wiped clean of finger prints

Chairs replaced neatly

Bins emptied and sprayed fresh scent

Floors vacuumed and mopped where appropriate

Front doors and windows cleaned

Cobwebs removed

Communication booked checked and notes left where required with any maintenance noted with date

Bottle of each of the two main products left and checked to maintain full with paper towel or polish cloth

All exterior windows cleaned at least monthly or as required with purified water system

All interior windows sponged and squeegeed quarterly or as required, spotted weekly for marks, finger prints and fly specks

All flooring buffed with professional equipment (polishing not included, additional charges will apply)

Entire property pressure washed including guttering, brickwork, driveways, footpaths and fences

Please note all display home sizes are based on living space including undercover outdoor areas under roofline.

Bathroom / Ensuite showers cleaned of any marks, sinks and bath cleaned, taps polished and settings placed correctly

Mirrors and picture frames cleaned and polished where required

TVs sprayed and wiped clean

Leather cleaned and treated regularly

Floors vacuumed thoroughly including under rug edges

Floors mopped throughout including skirting boards

Front windows and decking cleaned with purified water system

Alfresco area dusted, wiped clean where appropriate, rear windows /doors and tiled / decked area cleans with purified water system

Cobwebs removed from under roofline, and removed from fences where time and weather permit
