Two machines DDS 600 XR for pregrinding of stamps and finish grinding of thesegear parts after hardening, and one machine DDS 750 XR for flexible productionof conrods.

Different handling systems depending on workpiece shape and size, and on production requirements, can be added! The machinetype DDS ... XR is an ideal design for automatic loading/unloading. Our Engineering-Team can advice on the connection of themachines to existing production lines.

The machines DDS ... XR with vertical grinding spindles are specially designedfor the grinding of thin flat workpieces on both parallel sides without clamping.Work pieces of a greater grinding area and high stock amounts can be ground inone step to tight tolerances of thickness, parallellity, flatness and surface rough-ness.
