Problem addressed Today, companies are aware that evaluating know-how is not enough to predict the performance and success of an individual. People can switch more easily from one position and function to another. Companies need to know what their individual talents and development areas are, in order to be proactive in guiding external recruitment, internal mobility and developing the next generation of leaders. Employees need more and more challenging environments, and we want to facilitate the recruiter's job. On average, a recruitment error represents a loss of £35,000 for the company.

Solution The recruitment process evaluates what we call the “savoir-faire” (know-how), but we decided this was not enough. This is why we allow recruiters to evaluate the “savoir-être” (soft skills). We provide solutions dedicated to HR issues for recruitment but also for internal mobility and personal development. AssessFirst allows to identify why some individuals succeed better than others in your company. With our solution, you will be able to evaluate your candidate’s: • Personality (PSV20) • Motivations (MF20) • Aptitudes (GF40) We combine this information with the KPIs of your teams, to evaluate statistically the candidate’s fit with the elements defining the success of your company. This can be done from your office, thanks to an easy-to-access platform.

References We work with 4 main types of companies., Firstly, we work with key accounts such as AXA, Orange, Oxylane and Century 21. We also work with SMEs, recruitment agencies, independent consultants and major universities, such as HEC and Polytechnique. These schools are known as the French Ivy League. The common point uniting these different clients is the HR approach. We work with all companies willing to achieve: • Best recruitment • Best performance of the existing team • Radical reduction of turnover in sensitive positions In France Our main clients in France are AXA France, Saint-Gobain, Oxylane, Century 21, Carrefour Market and Adecco. In the UK We are proud to say that we have been working with Raffles Media in London since the beginning of 2013. Worldwide We are also working with companies in Africa (Orange, SIFCA), Singapore (AXA IM), and our solutions are used in many countries around the world.

Recognition We are certified for our customer support by “We Care Certified Customer Service”.

Case Study AXA FRANCE wanted reliable employee recruitment, especially for sales in agencies. After using 2 different tools at the beginning of the project (PSV20 for sales recruitment, and a competitor’s tool for the recruitment of more complex profiles), AXA finally decided to retain only the AssessFirst PSV20 solution for the evaluation of all candidates (sales and complex profiles). Solution chosen: PSV20 (personality and behaviour); Deployment: 70 internal consultants; Evaluations sent: 8000 One of our clients, a major player in the French cleaning industry has seen an increase in turnover of more than £ 11,000 per sales representative.

Problem addressed Today, 500 million people worldwide – 70% of employees - use professional desktop software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and programming languages (PHP, HTML, etc.) everyday. Computer skills are key factor in boosting professional productivity and employability. 63% of users admit they lose valuable hours of the working day due to subpar proficiency in desktop software applications. Currently, there is no established assessment test or certification exam on the market for desktop software proficiency .

Solution

TOSA® is the first universal assessment test and certification of

professional desktop software skills. It is used by training

organisations, recruiters, universities, job seekers and students.

It is the missing link between education and recruitment in the field of computer skills assessment. TOSA is an online SaaS platform with a powerful back office for managing candidates and editing tests and results. The test is available for the main desktop software applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), programming languages (PHP, Java, C#, Python,…) and web design languages (HTML, JavaScript, CSS…), TOSA online tests employ a scoring methodology and an adaptive algorithm in order to assess the whole range of skills one can encounter in a professional office computing environment. The most recognized e-learning publishers such as world leader SKILLSOFT offer specific training content in English for the TOSA certification exams.

Key features Full web platform and

Available in French and English.

More than 20 tests available on main desktop apps and programming languages.

example Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) for 100% accurate and comprehensive results.

Case Study Assistant Product Managers screening results for a leading dairy products company (April-May 2014) A leading worldwide dairy products company appointed SEEIng to assist in the pre-selection process for the position of Assistant Product Manager. SEEing has conceived a tailored questionnaire to assess applicants’ education, legal pre-requisites and skills set. The online questionnaire included 45 questions and lasted approximately 25 minutes: providing insufficient answers to a series of questions could terminate the application before being able to attach the CV, and if a score of 65% was achieved the application would be approved with the CV attached. Out of 113 applications, 58 CVs were attached, 18 applications were approved with a score between 70% and 88%. Each applicant selected had professional experience as an assistant product manager in the FMCG industry. SEEIng online screening solution reduced the recruiting time by 40%, making the entire process more efficient. The time saved during the pre-selection process allowed the recruiting team to look more carefully into the social skills of the applicants, thus drastically reducing the risk of mistakes during the hiring process. Moreover, applicants are keen on answering online questions during the recruitment process because they consider this method more transparent regarding the criteria used for pre-selection and they get a quicker reply to their application. This client will use the SEEing solution for other positions in marketing, sales and financial control in 2015. ,

Problem addressed Seminars or corporate internal events are broken: more than 70% of attendees think that seminars are too long or unproductive. Seminars should be an essential way to drive change and generate engagement, but today, they seem to achieve the exact opposite. Solution & services

By combining methodology and technology, Stormz designs and facilitates collaborative workshops that energize your corporate events and engage your teams. We can design any kind of workshop: one that will craft your company strategy, one that will tackle major HR challenges or one that will identify ways to embrace the digital revolution… We know how to design effective workshops from 10 to several hundreds of participants. Case Study How to engage 1200 managers on a corporate vision? In October 2014, Stormz designed and facilitated a huge collaborative workshop with 1200 managers for a major insurance company The objective? 1. Give the opportunity to the 1200 managers of the group to have an in-depth understanding

of the company’s 2020 strategy. 2. Fuel the change process, get them to understand how the strategy will change their own

work and get them committed to the plan. The challenge? How to make sure the message is really understood and processed. How to make 1200 participants work together? How to use technology as an enabler and not as a fun gadget. The solution? 1. The use of fun but powerful methodologies : “dream & nightmare” & “product box” 2. Stormz real-time application on iPads enabled more sharing and faster results 3. One room setup, all the participants were gathered into one single room 4. Custom wifi and local server The results?
